Panama: Altos de Maria and EL Valle 2022

Quick trip to Panama. After a great flight with my friend Jorge- who cannot handle rollercoaster rides very well, headed to the mountains. A night at Altos de Maria in this awesome Air BnB studio- 3 1/2 walls were GLASSon top of a mountain! What views. Many creeks, rivers, hikes and one picnic. Totally awesome. Just make sure your vehicle has good power AND BRAKES! Then went the backway to El Valle and had a blast- also lots of rivers, mountains and hikes, but a lot more civilized. Revisited a waterfall that Gina took me to while we were dating. While zip lining on the waterfall they stopped me mid river. Quite fun.
