VladTV is a great RUclips channel, with great content and "once-in-a-lifetime" type guests, with the most priceless of stories and memoirs they share, but you guys really need to polish up on your interviewing skills, all of you, Vlad included, otherwise you guys will just continue to devalue your RUclips channel. Get someone well versed in how to conduct good interviews to give all of you in-house training and tips for one, two or three months, to enable you improve the quality of your channel. For example, the lady above interviewing Shaggy, is unprofessional, doing less than satisfactory a job. Even Shaggy is unimpressed. She sounds like a teenager trying to impress fellow teenagers with a made-up tone of voice and made-up stories of "how great a time she had over the summer holidays." If interviewees, such as Shaggy above, are sufficiently guided and sufficiently motivated by a good interviewer doing a professional job, he or she being interviewed will even be incentivised enough to share "extra," say things about himself or herself no one knew about, share stories and memoirs no one knew about, share "a scoop" as it were, and it will be VladTV that will benefit from the goodwill of such "scoops," both in the short run and long run.
