Thanks so much Master Li. This is very useful. I had knee pain a few years ago and learned the leg swinging technique from another RUclips video and it did help to fix my knees. Now I can do brisk walk, 1 km in 7:40 minutes with ease. Thanks to this technique. Very glad to see you demonstrated it here. Sorry for typing in English because I am not used to type in Chinese (although I can read and write).
@@LotusPrayer2I do 3 out of the 4 exercises demonstrated by Master Li, the 1st, 2nd and the 4th. But I do the 2nd one, 隐膝痛的傳統导引术 the most. It took me around 2 months (about 3 times/week) consistently. I can do 500 swings/leg in 1 exercises with 1 rest. But IMHO, all of the 4 exercises are good. Master Li’s explanation was very clear and detail.
