Hakuoki Yuugiroku 3: Short Episode "Secret of the Itou Brothers!?" Eng translation

Translation of one of the short episodes (#4) from Hakuoki Yuugiroku - Taishitachi no Daienkai (薄桜鬼 遊戯録 隊士達の大宴会), which is the 3rd Yuugiroku game that was released.
My translation may not be 100% accurate since I don't translate from Japanese. Too tired to check for errors... and i consequently don't care if I left any in this.
