I loved the sneak peek you showed of your big sampler! I think my friend Brenda was your model stitcher. Can’t wait to see the full reveal. You looked great in short hair. I wore my hair short for many decades. I grew it out several years ago after my stylist retired and at the urging of my family but I still miss having it short because my hair is thick and rather curly. I think the older I get the curlier it gets and the harder it gets to manage. Your EGA teaching sampler is absolutely stunning! ❤
Yes, Barbara, your lovely friend Brenda stitched it, and I am so grateful to her! She did a fabulous job. We are in the same boat regarding the hair, because I let it grow when we moved because I just couldn’t find somebody to cut it. Mine is thick as yours and somewhat curly. It’s an unruly mess!❤
I understand the mess and chaos of new floors so well. We did our last house (two stories and staircase) all at once. I thought I’d lose my mind. Then we moved to a new house with wood floors throughout and we didn’t like them. So we did this whole house at once! I swear we’ll never do that again 😅😅😅
Garden squash remedy - pick the squash blossoms and make stuffed squash blossoms (think stuffed grape leaves recipes) then you don't need to abuse neighbors or yourself with squash.
