    Just moved near a lake, can’t wait. It’s in walking distance. Never been lake fishing,only pier and deep sea. My best was 2 king salmon at 45 pounds each. HUGE FISH

    Absolutely true great in detail of explain everything on the web pages. Only one thing that I'm not sure of is the wave height and direction on seabreeze but other than that I understand everything else. Thanks

      Hi Shane appreciate the positive comment.
      In regards to wave height and direction that's the actual height of the waves and the direction they are travelling.
      So it might say tomorrow's wave height is 1.4m which if you measure the wave from the height of the water on a flat calm day to the height of the wave it would be 1.4m tall and travelling in that direction eg in a South westerly direction

    When do you know when the tide is coming back in? A local told me to fish a spot as the tide is coming back in for whiting and bream

    Thanks for the info and explanation. I do wonder if certain aspects of fishing and bite times species specific. Like I fish offshore mainly trolling for tuna and marlin etc, so are the tuna feeding the same times as snapper on the reef, or flathead on the flats? I personally don’t think so. What do you think? I check bite times before we go and sometimes it’s on and sometimes it’s like the fish didn’t get the memo that they were meant to be biting :(

      Tuna feed 24/7 due to their insanely quick metabolism and the fact that they never stop swimming. Hardest part with tuna can be locating them when they're feeding close to the surface. Alot of times they will feed on a bait ball at great depths to.

    Awesome Video
    I have a question For land based fishing, If the moon transit is at 2.46am With low at 3.29am, and the Wind at 3-5 knots SW.
    Would that be considered to be in the ball park of a Bermuda Triangle or close to it?

    • @RedemptionTackle
      @RedemptionTackle  3 года назад +1

      The low tide for land based wouldn't be ideal as there wouldn't be alot of water to fish. High tides are always more favourable from a land based perspective

    On a religious note, the "first light" before the actual sunrise in Islam is called FAJR. And this is precisely the time of the first prayer of the day for Muslims.

      That's a cool bit of religious education

      @@RedemptionTackle I went on the weather site and their "first light" is about an hour after the actual Quran definition of "FIRST LIGHT." The website's first light is interestingly subtitled "when you can see." But for accurate Islamic referencing FAJR (pronounced: FUDGER) is when the sun is 17 to 20 degrees below the horizon. This is "when the white thread of the morning becomes distinct from the black thread of the night." Last bit, on days of fasting, no food or water from this moment of FAJR until sunset. Over and Out.
