Jamaica has THOUSAND of districts and communities located in diverse hills and valley. Building and maintaining all that road network to even basic standard is a very expensive exercise.

My friend Laughie is from Joe Hut. Sadly he went to Jamaica in 2019 and lost his life.. One of the funniest most helpful person I've met. RIP Laughie.
