let me please understand, just to be sure:
- with vpn I have to see nflx through the pc and not the app on the smart tv (samsung) is that correct ?
- and if I use it on pc the vpn (ip maybe canada) and my son use it at the same time on the smart tv (via the nflx app), so with an ip in the "original/native" country, will it work or there will be problems ? maybe you can check it for us ?

I would look for the expressvpn app on your smart tv. It should be on there. Then you turn on the vpn, change the region to what you like, and then watch netflix on the smart tv. The vpn and netflix need to be on the same device. It works on tvs, computers, consoles, phones, etc.
