How does he know when to towerdive? I find it sometimes difficult and i die sometimes when i do it, even if they are at 30% procent hp.

if he has no summoner spells; if you just stat check him; if the tower dive is worth it - lots of ally minions under his tower.

U have to be aware if he has summoners and abilities cd

He make them stay under the way, if they are, he presses R and then Q2 can easily kill an enemy (if they are not 30%hp u should hit full combo)
