Pre-debut since they haven't been trained well. It's only 4mos since the Dreammaker(Survival show) and barely 2mos since the top 7 (Hori7on) was formed.
They just got out from a survival show in Philippines called dream maker kind of like pd101 but they aren't trained vocally yet...they are just talented with singing and dancing but no official training yet....so need to train in Korea before officially debuting
The reason why they still pre debut is the company here in ph want them to practice and improve there skill in korea.. but the MLD company said that they don't need practice here in korea because there already good... And the only thing they need to practice is there korea language and in the same time improve there skill

Remember that there are 7101 islands in the Philippines and they are busy doing Mall tours in chosen regions and radio and television visits as well before going to Korea by May.
