beginner piano here but I assume top row is right hand, bottom row is left hand

In summary, the bottom row is played with the left hand in treble clef reading.

the clef changes in between the piece so when its treble clef read it as right hand notes and when its bass clef then as left hand notes. Bottom row is always for left
