They are spine and base of this hobby for us true niche heads. When you understand reviewers taste.. Even if its not the same as yours. You can make your own conclusions. I love blind buying. I like Roja too... but some of the marketing & pricing is outrageous... I think a lot of his "Aoud" line has similarities but I wouldnt call them redundant .. thanks for watching & commenting 🙏

A great assessment Ramsey. I had to look up how to spell boujwazee. 😄 Bourgeoisie. Funny word. Love that vintage clove though. Was the reason I never got rid of my old bottle of Woods of Windsor. Not the best fragrance composition, but very British and comforting. Like Bill Nighy 🤓 "yyyyyyes I can, I'm the chief inspector." 👮♂ Love that line.

Yes I did ring slightly similar to UAE but I only had a sample of UAE so I cant remember exactly the similiarities and differences but I think I have a video up on UAE you can check out as well 🙂

I see Roja commenting on different influencers' channels, usually a 'thank you!'. However I dont think he appreciates your knowledge and honesty of what you speaketh of. Oh well, fragrances are subjective from person to person, ROCK ON.
Usually those comments are because free bottles were sent and he was just basically waiting for the positive review to appear... i am Rojas worst nightmare 😂😂😂

I’m a big fan of cypriol as well. It’s one of those notes that’s very vertical within a formula vetiver for instance is the same way. So if you dose it that high to act as “oud” it’s gonna punch through everything else. I get a kinda damp cardboard note from cypriol 🤷🏻♂️ but I like that haha

I wonder it this the same as the new Taif Aoud for 765$. Love the smell of that one but not for that price. Maybe worth a 7.5 travel atomizer.
I hear its the samw but I have never smelled the new stuff... if someome sends me a decant I can confirm.. but I think like you its so not worth 765 dollars... just ugh 😒

I would rather have EO’s sultan red rose which I just purchased. This one does nothing to me but If you like it then go for it.

I've only sampled my discovery atomizer of this a couple times, but after watching the video I decided to try it again. I definitely get cypriol. It's not just the power of suggestion, either. It reminds me a decent bit of Oud Imperial Extrait by Perris Monte Carlo, which is another cypriol bomb.
Never smelled that Perris Monte Carlo you mentioned but I am glad you get the Cypriol too ans I am not alone... thanks so much for watching & commenting & adding to the conversation James 🙏
So, you mentioned notes that made you think of other fragrances. How about some fragrance that the whole fragrance smells of? Desperately looking for an alternative
Ummm thats a tough one ... Amouage silver oud has the same feeling of cypriol in the opening... but it goes muchore smokey in the dry down... honestly there isnt anything exactly like Roja Taif Aoud 🤷♂️

How does this compare to United Arab Emirates? I really like that one, and think I’d miss the wormwood that Taif Aoud doesn’t have… BTW, Roja has a new rendition of Taif Aoud now on the website
I honestly dont remember exactly but I think they were both pretty close to each other.. I think I have a review on UAE up on the channel if you want to check it out 🤌🤌🤌

20 seconds in I just have to say that I literally just sold this bottle as I find it so close to UAE. Also just sold opus 6 which definitely regretting

What a travesty this perfume is. Just smelled a sample yesterday. There is no taif rose nor real oud in this one. Starts as a geranium-y rose and ends up as a castoreum-y rose. That’s all. Is there any recent offering from Roja that you would buy a full bottle of ?
I would wear Apex if someone sent it to me... but me personally BUY a bottle ... Nope 😒
