Serena, I went fall shopping today with you "on my shoulder". :) I shopped by color today, making a capsule wardrobe for my wedding vacation. (Nephew's wedding in NC) I think you would agree with my purchases. Thank you for your help! Love your channel!
I went into a couple stores and saw Corduroy pants. I remember way back in the day I had corduroy pants in every color. I guess this is coming back in style.
Great show! I found a great designer leopard-print top at a thrift store this week, and was thrilled with the quality, fit, look and price! Thanks to you for for the tips, I can look cute and more confident at 59!
Thanks for another great video!! All of these trends, from colors, to slingback shoes and boots, fringe and faux fur, and leopard print are some of my favorite things!! I'm ready for Fall!!
Another great, informative, inspirational show! You are fantastic! Thx! And yes, I will be wearing leopard print. (Never stopped accessorizing with it.) 🤩😘
Nice video....good looks. I have lots of green and red already in my closet. I love leopard and fur accessories too. I have a nice leopard belt and someone gave me a bag that has fur on it. I used to wear lots of western clothes in the 90s and they still fit, so I have boots and fringe and concho belts. I also have many ponchos. You are right...so many styles come back around. I'm glad I don't have to buy lots of new clothes.
this is a fun, fabulous fall trends video, Serena! You look stunning in the turquoise & blue colors with your blue eye color--I loved the Chico's necklace too. But all these "new" trends I hadn't heard of yet but I'll pull out my satin skirt from years ago! And I saved a leopard belt hoping it'd come back. It's fun to see how some of these trends come back from our younger years--thanks so much!
I’m so glad that faux fur coats are back. I bought a very expensive one in the late 90’s and I’ve kept it, wearing it just around the holidays. Well maybe I’ll wear it more often and I can’t wear turtlenecks. Also that fringe dress is beautiful.
I always love your content! I am so Happy Leapard is trending, I also love to accessorize with it instead of full on outfits. Thank you for sharing your top 10 trends😊
My favorite trends are animal print, red shoes and faux fur. Love the colors olive green and red .Least favorite trends are tight high neck tops and jackets
I am all in on the green trend and have added enough pieces to create a capsule wardrobe of green on its own. I’m still wearing Mary Janes and cap toe shoes from years ago so am ahead of that curve. In leopard I have two shoes, a vintage cashmere cardigan, skinny belt, two scarves and a short faux fur swing jacket with two big buttons and Peter Pan collar. I have shoes, a Longchamps bag, and fine gauge cotton twin set in red. I am passing on fringe and Western, and have a skirt, two dresses and a blouse in satin so all set there. I am READY for fall!
Will need to pull out my fringe long vest from 60s! Plan to wear red silk blouses, leopard prints with pants or jeans, undecided about biker boots( possibly), and Mary Jane’s or low heeled flats. Am really liking some of colors, trends for fall! Thanks for giving great tips!
Another great video, Serena. Thank you. Ya'll might get a kick out of this: I’m a slim person with very wide shoulders. Pairing a poncho with some fringe booties turns me into Clint Eastwood. I’ll be doing the satin fabric instead.
Another great video Serena!! I own quite a bit of both green and red in shoes, bags and clothes. I've worn them in the past and loved them. I'm not big on the faux fur trend. Sadly I've donated all my leopard fashions 😒 I will replace a few key things like belts. Looking forward to your next video!!
Hi, great video. I like the fact that some of the things you mentioned on trend, I have in my closet. I haven't bought a turtle neck in many years. Love animal prints in shoes, tops and skirts. I agree with you....I don't wear high heels any longer, but I like the kitten heel and have them in a few shoe boots. I thought your comment about not "looking like a mob boss lady" was cute. lol.
I have those red shoes from Vivaia and I love them. I also have the black boots from Vivaia with the red bottom. They are like the sock boots, so comfortable.
Whoa Serena cheesy Nashville and Texas fringe???? ha ha watch it. I'm with you nothing choking my neck. Turquoise has always been classic. Cute necklace and love the earrings. Thanks for the updates. Have a great week.

Who would think a fashion channel would be so enjoyable love when you come out with a little humour. A mob wife!!😂 I’ve learnt a lot in the last month of watching you channel Thank you
Yes! Going with leopard flats, how to pull out my satin tanks to layer, and definitely going to try a “western” link belt. You are a little spot of happy in my day 😊
I adore turtlenecks….I even wear sleeveless turtlenecks in warm weather. To me it’s so chic and classic. But I am tall and thin….I guess that helps. My winter fave is a cashmere turtleneck sweater (either black or camel), jeans, and a heeled bootie….its a great look for many occasions. But I get it…some people don’t like something around their neck.
Turtlenecks/crew necks-ugh, don't like them. Short neck, big bust = no. I like a V neck, scoop neck or cowl neck in a sweater. Sometimes a mock neck is ok to layer under a flannel shirt in really cold weather. I don't mind fringe if it's a detail on a hem or sleeves or a suede bag/jacket. It can be overdone & look tacky so it depends. Pretty sure this is the upteenth time in my recollection that denim has been everywhere.
I appreciate the heads up when it comes to current trends. I like to know what to wear and especially, what not to wear. Your news about about faux fur surprised me…I have a great faux fur vest I bought a long time ago that I can’t wait to wear again. I’m curious about metallics…should I put away those until they come back? I anxiously wait for more videos from you with some fall outfits. Thanks again ❤
Yes. Sticking as much as I can to natural fabrics like 100% cotton, linen, wool, cashmere, silk, leather and denim that is non-stretch. (Stretch fabrics contain microplastics.) New studies have shown that synthetic materials in fabrics can cause microplastics to enter your body through your skin and cause cancer and other diseases. There are microplastics in our water, soil, the oceans, and anything made of plastic such as plastic bags, plastic plates, cups and food containers. Basically, don’t ever let plastic touch your food. Microplastics have recently been found in arterial plaques, blocking arteries, and causing cardiovascular disease. We eat them because almost all of our food is sold in some kind of plastic packaging. We’re warned not to let plastic touch our food or our skin. It’s almost impossible. California just banned plastic utensils for restaurant foods, take-out food, school cafeterias, and to be sold in stores. Plastic straws have been illegal for a while.
Great video! Yes, I'm sure I will be wearing some of this. I bought new boots ( got a gift card for b-day) since my black ones had some much wear on them so needed black with pointed toe to go with wide leg jeans & ponte navy wide leg pants or black jeans. One thing I do want is a hoodie jacket since never gets too cold in the South & saw a plaid one I like that is casual chic but waiting on a sale maybe. Do you like those? Hello Serena: Observation I'd love to share about your comments on "Leopord" and how to best wear it. Are you aware that you actually went "all the way" leopard in your WALMART video? In your trend 2024 video you speak about using leopard as accents and not look like a "bob cat" yet you went on to purchase the rayon Walmart dress ... PS: Leopard print is equally big in Germany foe this fall and my appreciation for the print grew with age, lol.

Observation I'd love to share about your comments on "Leopord" and how to best wear it.
@@bettinaschaeffer1156 I am well aware of what I did. I show things that my viewers might like regardless of whether they are my first choice or not. If I only showed MY style, my channel would be quite boring. 🥱
@@bettinaschaeffer1156 and I didn't say "bob cat", I said "mob wife".
What about tweed?
Haven't seen or heard anything about tweed this Fall. It's always "in" to some extent for Fall, but it isn't trending this year.

In the thumbnail of this video she shows a brown suede bag and I am so disappointed she is not talking about it or giving it in the description :(( The bag looks so interesting

I hate leopard prints, it seems as if only older ladies wear it!
Now that you mention it..... 😂😂😂 But, I have to say, I started wearing it in my 20's & 30's so it's always been part of my personal style.
I hate leopard print!
