Not sure if you will see my comment, but where did you find this clip? Is this from the December 18 1957 episode? Or is this a Beach nut show clip that was filmed at the bandstand set? If this is bandstand and isn’t from the December 18 1957 than this clip must be insanely rare.
This is a Bandstand clip because Clark introduced him from the Bandstand podium Look real close @1:30 kids are sitting on the bleachers. The Beechnut show the kids are in an audience while performers sang on a stage.
