For any music gear needs, I'm pretty sure the drum machine samples in the song are from the Kawai R-50. It was a drum machine that was a staple of early Wax Trax and industrial music. You can hear it all over Ministry's Twitch. The beat and distortion on this song actually reminds me of Beers, Steers, and Queers. Edit: Someone in the comments pointed out that the drum machine used is likely the Alesis HR16. After listening again, I think they're right.

While I couldn't get it sounding 100% accurate to the song, I did think the HR16 sounded closer, so you're probably right. I think the bassdrum was throwing me off, there's a kick sample on both drum machines that sounds similar to me.
