Raging Strike is a good option don't get me wrong which give the 15% at max Rage however its recommended to pop rages as soon as its up (50% rage) to maximize damage unless you are preparing for an arti call, so you don't always get the full 15%. But with Steel Blitz you get a couple of benefits: 1. You get an additional hit at a 20% chance 2. Builds Rage faster as the second hit can also build rage 3. The 2nd hit can also proc Escalating Rage giving it more up time 4. In AOE situations Relentless Strike procs the additional hit like crazy Me personally I prefer the faster Rage generation which with Steel Blitz is roughly 5-8ish seconds if you are animation canceling. But if you build your Rage full before using it then I would recommend using Raging Strike
@@N00binHard I see, So if you're popping ER at 50% rage does that mean you're dealing around 900 to 1100 magnitude with IBS? Also I switched from bloodspiller to Indomitable Rage combined with Raging Strikes and I'm doing so much more damage with IBS now than bloodletter my barb just reached 70k I was hitting 500k to 600k with bloodletter now with the full setup of IBS and Indomitable Rage I'm hitting 800k to 900k as long as its a critical strike so yeah a needed switch. Thanks!!!
No worries man take a little but to get there but use this as a guide as there are many things that do almost the same things. And as you get better gear and stuff, you can replace one piece at a time!

Yes your IBS will hit for roughly hit for 900-1100. Glad it help ya!
