@@MastYT Not as big as you might originally think being that her 3 heal is so large regardless. And if you build a Chronos Pendant you sustain really hard even without your 1 heal. For this game specifically, id have probably done damage boots into breastplate into pendant, buts thats just me personally, i tend to favor the utility side of Smite
Yeah she used to be my favorite back in season 3 I believe it was. They really changed her though... Her 1 heal was really good, they definitely hit her hard. If you've played old Hel you can really see the difference, I havn't played her but 3-4 times since the nerfing and reworking spree they did on her.

All my Hel plays look like that, spamming stances and missing heals, but I love her too much to not have fun above the awkwardness.
I truly love you, Mast. Love your intro and outro and your clear English pronunciation that helped me in learning that language and stoped my fear of conversations. I am thankful for your proplays that I could repeat in my matches and gain some skills by that. My smite exfriends were scaring me that conquests are not for me, but I started to play them because of your videos. So thank you very much and always be yourself 'cause you're amazing!

As someone who plays a lot of Hel solo, I don’t know if the build or the fact that he ignored half of his kit most of the time was more painful.

she is squishy as hell that is true , but the only thing that keep her alive is her healing skills so if you get silent or cc you are dead , but enemy team he play against not that good tbh , also don't forget hes making tanky build too

@@omarsameh5007 that same context goes for just about any mage, assassin and hunter. Getting silenced or cc will hurt just about every single god unless you have a get away or good protections.

You gotta do attack speed nuwa cause her passive let's you root enemies every five hits so it's a funny build
I do this every now and then not only because the passive but because her base atk speed is pretty high (with means atk speed items are more worth) and to never forget my one and true love Old Wa.

Stance switchers are balanced by not having an ult, yet Arthur has 2........
Joey Healy yet merlin has 3 stance switch while dealing dmg when stance switching and the fact that all his abilities are strong
OT Bursty Merlin is stupid op. 1200 damage on me from 2 abilities at level 11 the other day.
Even with high CDR Merlin still has long ass cool downs. So in terms of stance switching he's not too spammy. A good one just feels like spam bot because they time they're switching well.

I srart with my 1 but i prioritize my 3 cuz its better burst with a large aoe circle
See that's what I used to think but it puts you way out of position and easy for setting up a suicide. Levelling the 1 over the 3 first is good in solo and mid since you can almost clear wave instantly with it and if not with just 1/2 levels in the 3 you can finish off low health targets or the minion wave. Plus if you manage to hit allies or enemies with it in light stance almost guaranteed a kill or a good heal for more sustain. You'd need to be decently tanky before you rush in and bop people with your 3 especially in solo.
Tip: level your stance change. You get a ton of mp5. Also heal your wave.
Edit: Bumbas is fucking terrible on hel. Reduces healing by 20%. Why play a healer if you're just going to cripple yourself with bumbas
It hurt seeing him not level the 2 or the 5. Cleanse to negate ult! Hinder to slow, and give damage buff!

At the end of the day can you blame people for wanting to play arthur as it is. The meta is so damage high, and dead in a blink of an eye at the moment. It's refreshing to play someone that feels like they don't die instantly to half of the god roster and can still fight back.

Hel is one of the best duelers aside from Chang'e who if built tanky can box with warriors and still provide sustain for their team.

I run power for more heals and damage so i can play a 2 sided late game
instead of just heals
The day I queue with Mast is the day I go fully try hard.
You should definitely level up your 2 asap. Thats a beads/slow. You can slow people from damaging you, and use her 2 for whatever you use beads for.

Shield of regrowth is great on hel.
Quick question why build the healing potions as Hel? Cause I usually build the mana chalice, since Hel heals herself.

I think Bancroft's works well with hel and also her passive vibes you more damage in dark stance and more heal in light stance

If you ever play hel again I would recommend leveling the ult, it gives free power in dark and I think protection in light

Favorite memory in Smite is me and this one other guy standing at the end of midlane and beating their entire team as they trickled in at us, three times over, because I was just spamming cooldowns with all the MP5 in the world.
Season 2 Hel should never, ever have happened.

Whenever I go Ama solo I always go berserkers against physicals. Helps her box and sustain pretty good.
If you play solo and buy a chalice, it's a good thing to pop it and refill it in the fountain before teleporting back to lane. You'll have it ticking for a while, which means more sustain.
Edit: You should've leveled your 2 after the first Merc gank, too, my dude.
Ive played Arthur for a while, and I love his kit and landing that big ult, but hes kinda too good right now so I just went back to other warriors like my favorite, tyr

played my first ranked duels for the first time (been playing with friends since season 3ish) but ive never really gotten into ranked for anything. trying to expand my character pool, played agni and faced off against a Cu Chu diamond skin, and a King Arthur no rank. I ended up surrendering Cu Chu because I was just riding the struggle bus with all my abilities in that game, and ended up getting King Arthur to surrender once I chunked his Titan off leftover phoenix wave.
After thought: The whole reason I wrote this was to compare King Arthurs lol. They both button mashed and made it work but couldnt handle the sustain of both our mages :D
Why the chalice of healing and not chalice of mana when your literally can heal yourself?

You were low on mana almost the whole early game, just for future games if you put a point into your ult at level 5 you get a stupid amount of mp5. Really helps with mana sustain

Hel actually has a pretty nasty kit all game, including early game. Hel just gets rekt by ganks but wins most lanes easily. I often solo arthurs, achilles, bellonas etc in the early lvls.

Love the vids and I firmly believe hel is the best healer in the game and also the one in light stance goes through walls
I've actually tried testing out which healer had the strongest heals in jungle practice building full damage with rod. (and both damage pots, + red and fire giant buff)
Chang'e had 600+, Im not sure but I think Ra and Aphrodite both ticked for 200+ , Hel got to 100+ a tick, and I'm sure the burst heal got close to 900 if not 800. I'm still going to try and test out others like Terra, Sylvanus and Baron.
I love healer classes, wish smite would add more. It's why I'm so excited for Horus.
Cuchulain solo?
Ever since he came out, even i thought he needed a nerf. I was quite the god in solo before i was unable to play, but i really miss playing hel. People just get butthurt when we stack mages, but obsidian shard is pretty much the answer. Also, if you have the dmg/pen, you can use soul gem as well with the amount of abilities
This makes me so happy cause I just beat an Arthur ass in duel with Hel, 6-0 completely destroyed

Even if it doesn't seem worth it, I'd still level the ult at 5 for the mana regen, even with mana buff he was having a hard time with mana

LMFAO tried this yesterday, it works but your team has to help you secure ganks a little more than other junglers. Without Talaria boots, Masumune (think I spelt that wrong) and jotunns, he isn't fast enough and doesn't clear camps fast enough.

It's like playing Chang'e. If your level 4 and have not put a level into your 2 , you better juke for your life 😂 it's OK if you can get away with it, otherwise you're putting yourself at a disadvantage
I sorta cringed when he was debating what to buy for that last item he was saying bumba and iso on a god that uses regrowth and asclepius really well in a solo lane build with no health in it. I was thinking he was gonna get blown up by the mage.

When merc ulted you early, why would you have been perfectly fine if you hit your 1? It doesn't heal from hitting enemies since like, S3 I think or something

Mast 1 point into the ult gives 15 mp5, you know that but still I think is pretty good for laning.
Also to better hit your 1 in light form you might wanna backstep before using it so he can't go around you as much and should be easier to hit. Just theorizing I'm not a master
