The simple rustic preparations remind me of watching my Grandpaw cooking whole hogs over a hand dug open pit in rural North Carolina when a was a kid. Its there a reason Indians chop, mash and grind their food so finely or is it just a cultural characteristic. Much respect for these people and their way of life
