ABOUT THE GAME:
It was once your grandfather’s pride-and-joy, but your family ranch has fallen on hard times and it’s up to you to turn things around. Sitting in a remote forested valley, the dilapidated homestead will test all your abilities as you attempt to turn it into the most prosperous ranch in the region - either alone or in up to four player co-op multiplayer.
This is the kind of games that need to be made every now and then. Strange niche titles that just do whatever the developer wants, not some publisher or number analyst.
UTV is "utility terrain vehicle." It's like an ATV, but for farm work and such.
I was close then. I assumed it was short for Utility Transportation VehIcle

If you like survival games where you can ride horses, check out the game This Land is my Land, where you are a Native American scout protecting your land from the invading frontiermen (a western genre game). You can build up your tribe, sneak into enemy outposts, and yes ride horses. Consider giving it a try.
To answer Taco, I have shut off my lights at night. When there's snow on the ground and it's a clean night with a full moon. You can legit drive with no headlights. It's amazing and beautiful tbh.

The structure of Garage is similar to the that from Mist. Even the colors on the wall.

Nobody is complaining but if you look closely the garage is the same as the ones from mist, the map also looks the same

Imagine you have this sort of game with the ranching and customization options, and it seems like a basic farmer/rancher sim...
...then after a half year or full year anomalous monsters and cryptids start emerging from the woods and start attacking the ranch, town and surrounding areas. So you have to protect your own stuff while dealing with the cryptids before the issue gets out-of-hand and the military comes in to settle the problem but also confiscate all the properties.
Part 2 boys come on it’s brilliant
