Britt’s parents actually were super supportive and let Slint rehearse in their basement.
This is my favorite album of all time, it legitimately changed my life. I’m a musician and it changed the way I looked at writing songs, their note choices and dynamics are so intriguing.

The mystery of the band is as also fascinating. All teens when they recorded spiderland and the band disbanded before the record came out. Any slint fan knows about the excellent documentary.." bread crumb trails" ...if you don't you do now.
