Olá! Importei dois Xiaomi AX6000 p/ testes c/ a versão de firmware chinês 1.0.95. Depois que fiz todos ensaios com ambos em diversos cenários, deixei somente um p/uso pessoal, com menos de um mês de uso, parou de emitir o sinal 5Ghz do nada. Eu saí de manhã e quando voltei depois do almoço só estava funcionando 2,4Ghz. Já fiz de tudo, reset botão, reset via software, reinstalação de firmware desde a versão 1.0.55 até a atual, reset c/ nova config via app ou web pelo PC, ativação e desativação do WiFi 5Ghz compatível c/ WiFi5, alteração do modo roteador para o modo bridge, mas nada resolveu. Agora deixei a outra unidade ligada 24hs c/ a mesma configuração e até agora não apresentou nenhum defeito. Já pesquisei em vários locais na web em Inglês, Chinês, mas não encontrei nenhum caso parecido onde somente a banda 5Ghz parou de funcionar. Alguém já ouviu algum caso semelhante?
Got a pair of AX3600's to run in a mesh. Seems to work well though some devices either do not connect or do not operate correctly unless you use Wi-Fi 5 compatibility mode. I ended up ordering an AX1800 to connect directly to one device, my wife's Pocofone F1 will not detect the Roon Core so that will be due for an upgrade at some point too.
Mi Home doesn't seem to have this on their list... All my devices are wifi6 and I can say that there is definitely a noticeable difference between the stock huawei a/c/n router and this one. Pages loads faster and apps refreshes quicker on my 150mbps connection. Plus screen shares have less lag.
Well, I'll support you vid with comment. Wi-Fi 6 looks more like transitional standard. I'm almost sure that when manufacturers start to implement 6 there would already be 7. Hi Bernardo! Thanks for watching my video! I haven't tested Tenda, but I can say that AX3600 works pretty decent, no problems whatsoever, it's been my main router for 4-5 months now. Delivers good signal, good range, good stability. You can also use AX3600 as mesh up or combine with cheaper AX1800, etc. :)

It all depends on your needs, how big is your home, etc. If you have 120$ - just get Xiaomi AX3600, if you are looking for budget options - sure, go and get Redmi AX6 or Xiaomi AX1800, or even Huawei AX3. They all will do their job properly ;)
i buy this router based in your recommendation, but unfortunately something you didn't mentioned to us,, the browser GUI in Chinese you cannot change the language to English!!!!
Everyone takes that into consideration based on their needs. I believe AC2100 is the best option (value) considering the price/quality ratio, although in my next video I will compare cheaper WiFi 6 models as they would bettrr fit under 1 category. Connect AX3600 to your current Unifi router with LAN cable and setup as extender on MiWiFi APP. You can also buy switch, that would also work without a need of having stock unifi router. I have ordered myself - will test it next week.

yes, simply connect the Internet service provider modem to the WAN port in the Xiaomi router using LAN cable and you will have dual band connection (2.4 Ghz & 5 Ghz). This will improve your connection (especially if you have multiple devices). Although, it also depends on your internet package provided by your ISP.

Hi. You will need LAN switch (around 100 MYR) to make Xiaomi router work as a main router with all settings access. Another way - just use Xiaomi router as a secondary access point (connect Xiaomi router with LAN cable to your old router), mainly as a wifi access point.

Hello, I just bought the AX3600, everything is perfect but on the 2.4 network it does not exceed 60mbps when I have 600 hired. In the 5Gh network if I have 600mb and greater range, but I have problems with 2.4. will it be router problems?

Hi. I have no idea. It might be the case that Global FW has a limitation on strength output based on Global/EU regulations, but its only my assumption.
I know that this comment is outdated, but for future buyers let me answer your question. Yes, Chinese version (to be more precise - with Chinese firmware) has much stronger signal, whereas global firmware does not. I have the Chinese version and its range is definitely an overkill. That's why some reviews praise the range while other do not - global seems to have pretty weak signal even compared to other, EU regulation complaint devices.

You would need to connect your current router to the Xiaomi AX3600 with LAN cable and setup it as an WiFi Extender. This is how it works for me with Unifi.
Its more about testing router itself. You could take advantage of better router for faster local network (transferring files), also wifi signal stability, wifi signal range, extra features :))

Yes, its fully English on APP. And also if you get Global version of AX3600 - settings on desktop will also be in English (otherwise just use Google Translate feature).
I cannot find any VLAN setting in this router which does not allows this router to connect to my local ISP. Which defeat the purpose of using this router in the first place and this router can only be used as access point.

The APP is fully functioning in English + on Chrome you can set Google Translate from CN to ENG, so no problems with that :))

Depends what kind of "normal" router you have. In my case AX3600 outperfoormed DLiNK Router quite by much! 40-50% boost as seen from my test results.

Nope, AX3600 doesn't support VLAN tagging, although you can still use the router as the Access Point for WiFi.

It does show firewall on the APP though, which can be turned either ON or OFF. So I guess it works pretty same as antivirus.

Yes, its fully English on APP. And also if you get Global version of AX3600 - settings on desktop will also be in English (otherwise just use Google Translate feature).

I cannot find any VLAN setting in this router which does not allows this router to connect to my local ISP. Which defeat the purpose of using this router in the first place and this router can only be used as access point.
Buy a lan switch and you will be able setup any router as the main one with no issues. In my case I have bought tp-link tl-sg105e.

Hi , Just buy a EdgeRouterx ( 50 EURs ) and a Ubiquiti AP-LR ( 100 EURs ) and you will have a much better secure a wifi system.

@@fjdkfdfjdf33 , no is not, but I m still geting more Wifi speed on the 5 GHz band with Ubiquiti than he is on this video and obvious on the 2.4 GHz I still get strong internet signal on my street 3 floors down out of my apartment, is just amazing. Having said that, I have a 600 Mbits ( Up and Down ) internet, I don't know what is the speed of his internet connection.

Don't trust these results. I get 520mbps on my AX1600 with 80mhz. This AX3600 has 160mhz bandwidth and should be capable of over 700mbps.
It was clearly stated in video that my internet plan is 300Mbps.
