Please note, Soundcore Q35 automatically turns off, and cannot be turned on, in wired mode, meaning if you are on a flight and want to watch the in-flight movies, you have no NR or sound boost available (plus the sound quality is very bad without the NR dsp--not like with the power on). I even wrote Anker, and they confirm there is absolutely no way to have the power on if you plug in an audio cable (even giving me a rebate on my purchase--which was nice of them). Since the only reason I would want the degraded, suppressed, sound-quality of ANC/wireless headphones is for taking flights, it made my purchase pointless.
It would be helpful to know how many other headphones were tried, and what they were. Are these the top 5 of 6 pairs you tried or 30? It's a huge difference. Have you actually tried each of them? How do the specs such as battery life that you read off the boxes compare to your experience with battery life? Finally, I own the Q45, and they have one fatal flaw. They don't fit small to medium sized heads. I can't wear them to work, because leaning forward causes them to fall off on their smallest setting. I'm 5'11” weighing 230lbs. So not a little guy. Every step I take causes them to vibrate. I can only listen to them while seated. I wear the Q35 to work. Beats Studio headphones are definitely worth mentioning with their superior controls, and more durable builds.
Hi, the goal of these videos is just to give a general idea of different products currently available in a price range and their main characteristics. So, for example, if someone wants to buy a pair of headphones for $150 but has no idea where to start looking, watching one of our videos might give them some solid recommendations that they can further investigate if they're interested in a particular product. And yes, Beats Studio are a solid options, but more expensive than the headphones showcased in the video. Thanks for the comment!
Your channel about headsets and earphones are very fruitful, and the good thing is you don't have the strong Hindu accents. Currently I am looking for a Blue Tooth Headset (JBL Tune 660nc) with Noise reduction and Noise Cancelling (both the mic. and earphone). But after watching your video, I might purchase with the SonoFlow from or Q35 Life from Soundcore. 🙂
See my note about the Q35 in the comments--very important caveat--"Q35 automatically turns off, and cannot be turned on, in wired mode, meaning if you are on a flight and want to watch the in-flight movies, you have no NR or sound boost available (plus the sound quality is very bad without the NR dsp--not like with the power on)."
