Why you explaining? Even though if it's a bullet? I don't care I like the over the top action..... Who care it is realistic or not? I like the climax scene..... Better than any hollywood movies
Few easter eggs and fun facts of RRR: 1) When bahubali was released many people began to nitpick about small things in the movie, they began to look for flaws, one such flaw which was pointed out by many people is the iconic scene where prabhas makes the huge jump in the waterfall, many pointed out that he should take a run up to make such a huge jump, instead he just jumps from the edge, thats the reason y in RRR When ram and bheem meet for the 1st time, to rescue the kid under the bridge while they jump down the bridge they take a run up in rajamouli style with a horse n a bike🤣🤣 guess what rajamouli learns from his mistakes, even in the same scene we can see ram charan takes a flag dips it in the water n makes it wet before he throws it to jr NTR, so that when jr NTR wraps it around it won't catch fire 🔥🔥... The imagination n brilliance of rajamouli sir🔥🔥 Respect👍👍 2) Unlike many other indian movies which involve english actors, in RRR we find the performances of english actors far better, that's because rajamouli approached professionals, the one who played Scott is "Ray Stevenson" one who acted in "Thor" movies, one who played lady Scott is "Alison doody" the lead actress from indiana jones.... 3) The sets u can see in nacho nacho song, the palace behind is actually President's palace in Ukraine..After finishing the movie n returning to india, war was started in ukraine.... 4) When ram captures bheem's clan member, he catches a snake n attacks ram even though he is tied, that man catching the snake is justified coz they r gond tribals, they know everything abt every animal, how to trap and catch them, n how to treat animal attacks using natural ayurvedic remedies, since they were born n brought up in jungle along with those animals n plants, that's how even jr NTR is able to tame n control the animals during interval sequence.... 5) That song jr NTR sings while being whipped "komaram bheemudo", few non indian abd north indian audience may find the song lil distasteful because they r unaware of the importance of the song, the gond tribe (the telangana people) who faced many tortures under the nijam rule, hv developed a habit of singing folklore songs explaining their pain n oppression for years, these songs kind of made those people stronger n revolt against nijams, similarly at the end of the song people revolt, even now a days these songs r famous in Telangana area, we andhra n telangana people r familiar with such songs, but north indian n non indian audience may not hv any idea abt it, even the song komaram bheemudo was written by one of the famous revolutionary singer from telangana area, if u concentrate on the lyrics of the song we can feel the oppression his people r facing.... 6) the subtext or easter egg about the "Barbed whip" that lady scott threw to torture jr NTR is that in the climax when the Scott's empire blows up when lady scott died we can see her body hanging in "Barbed wires" implying that she finally got what she deserved.... "karma is a bitch"🤭🤭🤣 7) near the climax when jr NTR knocks on the floor to find ram who was imprisoned in the ground, he actually knocks the same beats of Nacho Nacho song, so that only ram charan could recognise it's him rather than other possible prisoners, ram charan also reciprocates by knocking the same beat of nacho nacho, even in the earlier scene when ram charam is bit by snake he plays the same beats to communicate with jr NTR, the cinematic brilliance of rajamouli for using a song in so many ways giving easter eggs all the way around is lit🔥🔥🔥 hatsoff to rajamouli 🙏 8) the scene about bheem carrying ram in the climax sequence may seem a bit overemphasized, but even earlier in the film in dosti song there was a shot giving easter eggs, where we can see jr ntr doing squats on the ground lifting ram charan, then ram charan does pull ups holding a tree branch, this way rajamouli is planting an idea subconsciously to his audience that jr ntr got lower body strength n ram charan got upper body strength... So that audience get convinced during the climax scene where bheem carries ram... Even the scene seems physically impossible, rajamouli never hesitates to show his ideas n imaginations in the most convincing way possible, that scene may be impossible but u could never find any other director pulling of such a scene in any film like rajamouli... Respect.... 9) The same way In climax fight sequence bheem lifting a bike looks over the top for sure, but do u know those bikes were actually used during second world war time so that in any unforeseen situation during war the soldiers can actually carry the bikes, those bikes weight around 55kgs only, i agree that even 55 kg bike travelling at 50kmph velocity is difficult to be lifted... But look at the way it was imagined, presented, picturized, the mesmerising cinematography in that scene, the kind of goosebumps it gave us, we should watch the movie for its epicness, rather than being nitpicky about everything.... 10) At the climax that transformation of ram charan🔥🔥, many people thought that was sree ram's avatar, there r mythological references to the movie for sure but its not just sree ram's avatar, its actually the original look of Alluri seeta rama raju (the freedom fighter ram charan was playing), alluri seeta rama raju in history was well learnt man who wears those kashayam clothes fights with bow n arrows, probably the best archer india has ever had, he fought against britishers he got weapons n guns by attacking police stations n british camps, he used the same weapons to attack britishers with his trusted men... Even he was shot dead by britishers in the freedom struggle... Legend says that britishers put around 100 bullets in his body n ruthlessly killed him... At the end of the film rajamouli showed ram n bheem in their original looks ram wearing kashayam clothes, with long hair n beard, bheem with a pagdi on his head n those clothes gond people used to wear... 11) the final RRR fact, For the interval sequence with animals rajamouli shot for around 65 nights, each night they spent around 75lakhs for the shoot itself... In that interval sequence they had to imagine animals were there n fight accordingly, for that to happen n so that each n every background artist to be in sync with the CG animals rajamouli employed different tactics while shooting which were not even used in Hollywood movies, a) for bear they used a person wearing green blanket, since the movement of bear is slow similar to a human being... b)For shots with tiger, tiger moves much faster than humans, so they can't just place a human with green blanket, so rajamouli positioned laser lights following the head position of the tiger, so that camera man n actors can imagine the position of tiger n act accordingly. c) for wolves they used dogs which were trained to catch a ball, while shooting the sequence they randomly throw the balls in middle of men, so the dogs chase the balls, in that way rajamouli captured peoples reactions to wolves, later on during CG he replaced the dogs with wolves... d) for other fast moving animals like deers, they used remote controlled cars moving in between the actors....
The reason why you didn't like bahubali and you liked this is just that you became more familiar and tolerant towards Indian cinema now. It takes watching 10-20 mediocre to bad films to truly understand and acknowledge one better film. Imagine if Godfather was released in pre-code era. It would have been a flop. People got used to that pacing and scene building after they had watched some good westerns and many bad westerns (I know Godfather is not a western but the pacing of that movie is so similar to that of cool hand luke and good bad and the ugly movies). Familiarity plays a large role in enjoying any art form, which is why Vincent van Gogh died broke.
Truth has been spoken. Amen to that! Regarding RRR, some movies are made for the movie halls. Among such movies this is the greatest Indian movie made untill now. Easily, very easily. Sheer epic, sheer glorious.
Baahubali 1 and 2 wasn’t that great though. The scale and engagement was there but over the top story, action, bad CGI and rerecording quality sucked so much for a movie of that scale. As always, there’s no realism in the fight scenes. Now before you go on with “it’s fantasy” comment, let me make a point here. MCU does have fantasy, infact many fantasy and superhero movies does but they do it with believeability factor.
SS Rajamouli is simply the best storyteller in India. Very brilliant screenplay with two big heroes. Lovely score, superb cinematography. Superb experience!!!
@@tommyshelby6161 yeah he’s a legend but ngl our cinematography is light years ahead and like 10 times less the price, because the Indian industry has passion towards art, it’s not all commercial,:)

The depiction of ram charan's character is alluri seetharamaraju ji, a tribal leader and a freedom fighter who fought the British and gave his life for the country. And Jr.NTR' s character is based on komaram bheem.
Alison Doody was the lead love interest in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. She was the Bond girl in Roger Moore's last Bond film - A View to a Kill. I did not know she was in this film.
@@nomad4273 The actress they meant to mention at the end was Olivia Morris. Not Alision. I'm not even sure if Alison Doody is a good actress. I enjoy her in The Last Crusade because I love Harrison Ford, and he makes everyone around him better.
I thought this had more believability issues than Bahubali especially since this was a more contemporary setting. Was not expecting this review especially seeing their Bahubali review. Regardless good movie and unbelievable action which only Rajamouli can pull off. Lesson to always trust your instincts and not worry about what others say.
The intensity showed in Ram Charan's EYES 🔥🔥🔥🔥Big highlight & soul of RRR.....Ram Charan's introduction more powerful n intense😎😎.... 2nd as Alluri Goosebumps 😍..... and Jr. Ntr did very good acting 👍as per character designed and Fantastic surprise element of Bheem😍 before interval bang highlight... Over all RRR has Strong unique story of Friendship & emotions .... Balanced well both Super stars screen presence ✌✌...very impressive Screenplay & extraordinary Direction with rich production values never seen before. 😍😍
Next movie of the director is a spy thriller with Africa background.. imagine Rajamouli’s take on the modern machinery fights with lots of guns and a spy thriller .. the suspense , The hype, The actions, The vfx , The music … That should definitely be insane

When Mangal Pandey the rising starring Aamir khan released, the producer Bobby Bedi said we can never make movie like hollywood action movies like James Bond. I wanna see where he is now. This movie definitely gonna bring a new era to cinema in India.
Long back in Kannada there were 4 spy films made, between 1966 and 1978. All had agent 999 as the main lead played by Dr Rajkumar who was father of recently passed away superstar Puneeth Rajkumar. All were blockbusters.Dr Raj was fantastic as a spy and perhaps even better than some of the Bond actors. His last spy film was Operation Diamond Racket. Amara Ujala the Hindi newspaper had referred to Dr Raj few years back as the James Bond of India. It was inspired by Dr Raj's spy movies that similar attempts were made in other indian languages at Bond styled movies. The only successful frainchaise of Bond styled movies in India how ever is of Dr Raj.

Rajamouli Sir is creating his own Rajamouliverse . I absolutely love the way he includes our culture, traditions and hyms into a beautiful representation. I hope the guys at Bollywood take a note from him and stop misrepresenting us and showing our culture in a bad way. Hats off to him.
Rick and Korbin, what you have finally experienced is what billions of Indians have experienced over decades when they went to single screen theaters to watch Big B, Rajni, Mamooty, NTR and Chiranjeevi movies. It is this exact feeling of celebrating cinematic moments in packed theaters that makes people rewatch movies several times. This is the magic of movies that binds a villager and an urbanite as they cheer for the same stars! Welcome to the electricity of Indian movie theaters!
Wait for his next movie 🎥. Even bigger with another super star Mahesh Babu. This movie though is an epic in every frame 🖼 Proud to be a TELUGU man. Next time you guyz come to India watch any South Indian film with a big star in theatre. It will be FUN

Relationship between Ram and Bheem was lot of inspired frm our traditional Holy story of Lord Ram and Hanuman the moment where Bheem gives locket to Ram of Sita, lord Hanuman carrying Rama on shoulder and many more I guess Indrani might tell u more after she sees it because she knows Ramayana I guess as she's Indian.....
The most basic thing I ask for from a movie is to play by the rules it establishes. A movie creates a world, lets you know what the rules are. It almost doesn't matter what then happens in that world as long as it's playing by it's own rules. The whole thing goes off the rails when they start breaking their own ground rules. RRR is fantastic and it never breaks its own rules. Phenomenal.
@@averageasian1540 infinitely more artistic. marvel cinematography has been down the drain and their color grading is awful. their movies are great for fans of the heroes who grew up on them but the lack of music, lack of fleshed-out character dynamics and the fact that they are all mainly trailers for the next one makes them way too repetitive. dude i watched it yesterday, In a theatre which has around 1000 seats, and it was packed. the experience i had while watching omg , the screaming shouting and cheering cant be replicated in other theatre. Gaitey is the name of theatre .
You reminded me of what Buzz Luhrman had said about being in Indian theatres. He was amazed and pleasantly surprised how Indian audiences are alive inside the theatre.
For me the best scene among all other amazing scenes is the Ram charan entry... It's Raw with all those screaming, the dust... Like literally goosebumps...
One of the best cinematic experiences I ever have had. VFX is never been this good in big-budget Indian films and has amazing scores (Especially, Rama raju's version). I felt the climax was rushed and it was all due to the imagination of bheem carrying ram. Bheem had to carry him, so, they should break his legs. He had to heal fast because that counterattack had to happen immediately. That single scene tied their hands back and couldn't stop the audience from thinking about it. I pity the people who waited to watch this spectacle in ott. Absolutely made for theatre!!
Thank you guys!! You guys saying such amazing things about the movie is soooo cool!! This movie is the best that India has produced from a grandeur standpoint and Mr rajamauli is a superstar. I'm not Telugu and I'm not from the south of India but what does that matter.. totally proud of this film and what this film wants to be...

I couldn't wait to watch your review as soon as I came out after watching the movie. I love it when Korbin gets so excited about the blood and gore.... And loved your intro too.
I felt you could have elaborated the conception of Bridge scene a bit more...it had so many elements embedded in it...both of them were at that point in time where they were completely clueless of how to move forward with their respective missions...Then destiny bridged the water and fire elements they represented beautifully...they had the flag with them representing the common cause of nationalism they stood for, and the union happened through one of the simple but noblest deeds of rescuing a child caught between water and fire.....meanwhile preps for the celebration were already going on in the backdrop which turned out to be the celebration of their coming together (the red dressed people making a formation to break the pot hung up).... These were heights of detailing to make that confluence sweetest and at the same time mammoth.... Imagination of Rajamouli Garu was evident in almost all scenes.. ❤
Up front, a disclaimer: I watched the film onine (on Amazon) as I live in Central Europe, not India (or US, or UK etc). Here's my review: Had a blast watching #RRR ... but then, this was a film directed by SS Rajamouli. Baahubali 1 & 2 will remain a millstone whenever Rajamouli releases his subsequent films, as comparisons are obvious. I couldn't forget the fact that his last film was Baahubali 2, and therein lay the biggest drawback for RRR. Had it been directed by anyone else - say Puri Jagannadh or Trivikram - I'd have been raving about it. But that is the problem. This was an SS Rajamouli directorial - and much as I tried, I could not avoid the comparisons. And that frankly, is unfair on RRR - & perhaps, on Rajamouli too. Make no mistake, as such, RRR is a thrilling watch. In fact, I'd go so far as to say, it is one of the best hardcore commercial films of recent times. Some of the setpieces are a treat to watch. I'll specially mention: a. Ram Charan's intro sequence b. The 1st sequence where the two leads come together to save a young boy c. The whole sequence where NTR barges into the mansion with a truckload of animals right up to the point where he surrenders d. The sequence where NTR saves Ram Charan & their escape & e. Ajay Devgn's death sequence Technically, the film is top-notch as can be expected - though the CGI sequences for the animals could have been a little better perhaps (or perhaps not.. maybe I am getting a little greedy here). Cinematography was superb, as was production design. BGM was superb, though the songs were largely situational... I loved Komuram Bheemudo for how the scene was conceived, and Naatu Naatu for its choreography. But if there is a winner in the technical categories, it has to be the action - phenomenally choreographed, yes OTT at places, but then Rajamouli films are known for such action sequences. I just loved it. If I watch RRR again soon (ofc I will), it will be for those setpieces I mentioned earlier, and for the action. In the acting department, both Ram Charan & NTR Jr are at the top of their game. Alia's role is important, but she has very little screen time, & not much scope to display her acting chops. In a cameo, Ajay Devgn does really well, & his death sequence packs a real wallop. The supporting cast does well, especially Samuthirakani & Rahul Ramakrishna. Olivia Morris is okay as Jenny, her role doesn't have much scope for her to perform. The British actors are sort of okay, none whose performance leaves a mark. The writing is where I felt mostly let down. Gaping plot holes abound - which are acceptable in films by lesser directors, but not from a Rajamouli film. Scripting flaws abound. What happened to Jenny, for example, is not made clear. Did Bheem get her in the end - or not? There's a frame where at the end she is shown hugging Bheem, but how did she make it there where the others are all Indian? That was completely out of thwack ... also, when Bheem went to her to get a map of the prison where Rama Raju was kept - how did they communicate? In all previous scenes where they met, they are shown as not being able to understand each other - how did Bheem miraculously understand what she said just for that scene...? Was disappointed by such gaping holes in the script.. not expected. As for the direction I'd say is mixed - fantastic at places, esp where those bravura setpieces were, and at a few other places, pretty good. Overall however, RRR is a great watch - real, paisa vasool entertainment. I can understand how & why it is such a blockbuster - it deserves to be. Just wish that the screenwriting was a bit tighter. My rating: 8 / 10 one point deducted for poor screenplay. Pros: Action, Direction, Production Design, Background Music Cons: Screenwriting #RRRmoviereview
I am now t yet watched the film, my show time is at 1:30IST. I am very much excited to watch the film and more over now I am very freaking excited after your review about an Indian film. I will get back to you after watching the film bro 😎.
Love the review guys, but just so you know Allison Doody was the actress who played the main bad guys wife. Bheem's love interest was Olivia Morris. Great video!
Lol you guys didnt like some bits of Bahubali. The scene where Bahubali's stature overshadows real statue of Ballaladeva is the most epic piece of film making I have seen. It has intelligence, spiritualism and abstract. Its better than some marvel goosebump scenes.
Joy and community exists for longer than I remember. I can remember Border, LoC, Zameen, Linga, munabhai mbbs, 3 idiots, Bahubali 1-2, Magdheera and many more.. I danced all the way when Naacho Naacho was playing in theatre and was in tears u know when Bheem was singing..
NTR very intense and depth in acting, NTR had different shades of INNOCENCE, Comedy, ANGRY, ROMANCE, BROMANCE, Macho. All in one. He truly deserves salute
yes we must talk about ntr a lot, he is emotion in the entire movie ,he has action scenes where's he's super expert but we want media to highlight his character.this movie should be 2 parts like bahubali to showcase all equally. even in bahubali 1st part rana was given less space, but its rana so ok but for ntr its never ok. iam not dissapointed by his role but more dissapointed by provocative talks by their fans.

Few easter eggs and fun facts of RRR:
1) When bahubali was released many people began to nitpick about small things in the movie, they began to look for flaws, one such flaw which was pointed out by many people is the iconic scene where prabhas makes the huge jump in the waterfall, many pointed out that he should take a run up to make such a huge jump, instead he just jumps from the edge, thats the reason y in RRR When ram and bheem meet for the 1st time, to rescue the kid under the bridge while they jump down the bridge they take a run up in rajamouli style with a horse n a bike🤣🤣 guess what rajamouli learns from his mistakes, even in the same scene we can see ram charan takes a flag dips it in the water n makes it wet before he throws it to jr NTR, so that when jr NTR wraps it around it won't catch fire 🔥🔥... The imagination n brilliance of rajamouli sir🔥🔥 Respect👍👍
2) Unlike many other indian movies which involve english actors, in RRR we find the performances of english actors far better, that's because rajamouli approached professionals, the one who played Scott is "Ray Stevenson" one who acted in "Thor" movies, one who played lady Scott is "Alison doody" the lead actress from indiana jones....
"karma is a bitch"🤭🤭🤣
7) near the climax when jr NTR knocks on the floor to find ram who was imprisoned in the ground, he actually knocks the same beats of Nacho Nacho song, so that only ram charan could recognise it's him rather than other possible prisoners, ram charan also reciprocates by knocking the same beat of nacho nacho, even in the earlier scene when ram charam is bit by snake he plays the same beats to communicate with jr NTR, the cinematic brilliance of rajamouli for using a song in so many ways giving easter eggs all the way around is lit🔥🔥🔥 hatsoff to rajamouli 🙏
8) the scene about bheem carrying ram in the climax sequence may seem a bit overemphasized, but even earlier in the film in dosti song there was a shot giving easter eggs, where we can see jr ntr doing squats on the ground lifting ram charan, then ram charan does pull ups holding a tree branch, this way rajamouli is planting an idea subconsciously to his audience that jr ntr got lower body strength n ram charan got upper body strength...
In that interval sequence they had to imagine animals were there n fight accordingly, for that to happen n so that each n every background artist to be in sync with the CG animals rajamouli employed different tactics while shooting which were not even used in Hollywood movies,
a) for bear they used a person wearing green blanket, since the movement of bear is slow similar to a human being...
b)For shots with tiger, tiger moves much faster than humans, so they can't just place a human with green blanket, so rajamouli positioned laser lights following the head position of the tiger, so that camera man n actors can imagine the position of tiger n act accordingly.
c) for wolves they used dogs which were trained to catch a ball, while shooting the sequence they randomly throw the balls in middle of men, so the dogs chase the balls, in that way rajamouli captured peoples reactions to wolves, later on during CG he replaced the dogs with wolves...
d) for other fast moving animals like deers, they used remote controlled cars moving in between the actors....

Also the main reason is that they watched Bahubali on laptop lol..
Very sensible analysis 👏
Truth has been spoken. Amen to that!
Regarding RRR, some movies are made for the movie halls. Among such movies this is the greatest Indian movie made untill now. Easily, very easily. Sheer epic, sheer glorious.
I agree
Baahubali 1 and 2 wasn’t that great though. The scale and engagement was there but over the top story, action, bad CGI and rerecording quality sucked so much for a movie of that scale. As always, there’s no realism in the fight scenes. Now before you go on with “it’s fantasy” comment, let me make a point here. MCU does have fantasy, infact many fantasy and superhero movies does but they do it with believeability factor.
it's mental here in Hyderabad... the crowd is going mad
SS Rajamouli is simply the best storyteller in India. Very brilliant screenplay with two big heroes. Lovely score, superb cinematography. Superb experience!!!

Ram charan getup in the climax was the actual attaire of great indian freedom fighter Alluri SeethaRama Raju from State of Andhra.
Phenomenal.

25:00 I think it's olive Morris guys.. But a great review, can see the genuine happiness on your face.
Thatsall......Rajamouli u took indian movie to hollywood level
The love interest of Bheem(Jr NTR) is Olivia Morris......not Alison Doody. Alison Doody was in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
❤
Wow! I never thought it this way. Thank you for your insight.
Small correction..Bheem's love interest is "Olivia Morris " not Alisson doody
Every frame of the film was🔥🔥🔥😍
Up front, a disclaimer: I watched the film onine (on Amazon) as I live in Central Europe, not India (or US, or UK etc).
Here's my review:
Had a blast watching #RRR ... but then, this was a film directed by SS Rajamouli.
I'll specially mention:
a. Ram Charan's intro sequence
b. The 1st sequence where the two leads come together to save a young boy
c. The whole sequence where NTR barges into the mansion with a truckload of animals right up to the point where he surrenders
d. The sequence where NTR saves Ram Charan & their escape
&
e. Ajay Devgn's death sequence
Technically, the film is top-notch as can be expected - though the CGI sequences for the animals could have been a little better perhaps (or perhaps not.. maybe I am getting a little greedy here).
My rating: 8 / 10
one point deducted for poor screenplay.
Pros: Action, Direction, Production Design, Background Music
Cons: Screenwriting

You guys watched SyeRaa Narasimha Reddy of Chiranjeevi produced by his Son Ram Charan who is also the star of RRR. Both Father and Son played Legendary Telugu Revolutionaries back to back! ☺️
