I will never understand why you added a second chundra to hand vs Jessie instead of the genroku.. you played into a simplified game you more then likely won if added .. not letting him know you had an additional gen adds to what ? He already had seen your hand
As I alluded to in the video. The thought process I had in real time was to not let him know I played a second copy (he saw the first from talents). When you rewatch a game you can always play better, and a line was possible to win this game. Ultimately anything could have happened if I played differently, but this was indeed a YCS final and it’s a surreal experience. In these situations you can quite often make less optimal plays, but that’s easier to see at home watching the coverage.
@@deanoxd968 the position was unfavourable, and the spell adding gen and summoning a chunda could of been a winning line. If I didn’t get that far I possibly had an advantage of hiding the fact I played a second gen in the next of our games. In the moment I had the theory of if he lets me synchro here I can remove the negate, and use the spell in the bp to find an otk line. Ultimately I agree it was better to add genroku on that first search looking back at the footage. However you must understand that misplays happen, even at this level of play. Players don’t generally make flat out mistakes, they usually have a sense of logic in real time. This logic is often affected by the environment of a topcut match. Have you found yourself deep into a top cut experiencing those pressures before?
@@AndreDelury you summoned Dora .. and added the red . I would accept a misplay or fatigue as a reason for sure but adding Chundra when holding Chundra into a sp/ip board when that’s the only play opponent hand was a game ending misplay . But it happens
Congratulations on such a strong performance! Been watching your top cut profiles for years! So happy to still see you having so much success!
Goated player!
congratulation Harry Potter :)
As soon as I seen him I thought "did Harry actually get taller?"
the reason i didn't win , is becz i didn't want them to know i play second genruko
Finals match was so lame i wish it was more of a back and forth game
Seals pass is an FTK
Against bad players yea

@@AndreDelury so why add the second chundra . What advantage did he have knowing you played a second dragon that he could not prevent .
