No manufacturing license for Mfg SBR's, Possession of NFA items with no Federal paperwork, and suspected terrorist acts committed upon a defenseless Armalite Rifle, at a minimum, a high misdemeanor.
There are witnesses on video, to attest there was direct intent to shorten an NFA legal barrel length to illegal status.
Additionally, there is justification to look into the mental state of this individual and assess if other firearms are within her ability to take physical possession of.

Randy Weaver's wife and son were murdered for a shotgun that was 1/2" short of legal. She looks to have made that AR a good 6" under.
It is also very likely that the weapons were not shortened by the weaver family, but by the informant in an attempt to strong arm them into spying on the Aryan nation's church which they had decided were a bunch of tools years before.

Why did she not call her local Sheriff's office or Police Department to ask about how to legally dispose of the gun? Unless she wanted to generate some publicity for her campaign by breaking the law? Because that's exactly what people want representing them in Congress. A lawbreaker, not a lawmaker! Hang on... surely that can't be right?
Even if she went to the Sheriff if she did not explain to them she intended to cut the barrel for publicity they likely would not have rendered it inoperable in a way that made her action legal. That barrels can be changed between ARs. They would likely have needed to completely plug the barrel and most Sheriff's offices just destroy the bolt carrier assembly.

To all my other students AR’s with the true name being Arm-alight Rifle named after the creator of the rifle back in the Vietnam era is not a dangerous weapon it is the person behind the rifle. The way to help prevent school shooters is first report a threat agains the school, second if you see someone having a hard time, go be a friend and try to help them if they are willing to be helped and third do not under any circumstances do what this Karen did because that will land you jail for a long long long time. Remember this as well guns are a constitutional right and the Supreme Court has ruled that you can own any military hard wear and opposition to owning firearms is unconstitutional.

It's not a sbr, the gas tube is cut and it is unusable. The gun is not illegal
