As someone who suffers from anxiety seeing the way Aflie responded to Zoe when she was explaining her fears was so nice. It's so easy to get trapped in a loop of negative thoughts but having someone around to remind you that there are things to be happy/excited about is so important. The way her face lights up when he reminds her that once she makes it through the plane ride, she'll be home and get to see her pup was just so sweet. I feel for you Zoe and I'm glad you have Alfie. Love you both! xx
Alfie, I suffer with anxiety, prob a bit worse than Zoe, but I just wanted to say, having a supportive partner like you by her side will mean the world to her, she’s so lucky to of found you, but you her too. People don’t understand REAL relationships, because your in the public eye they seem to think everything should be rosy all the time, but it’s so refreshing to see REALNESS. My hubby has a lot to deal with my anxiety, etc, anxiety doesn’t only affect the owner, but the whole family. Your break looks amazing, glad you were able to chill. Xx

By the way, I was watching Zoe's latest vlog where you were talking about your new outlook on the festive season. I think it's because you aren't daily vlogging so now you are just enjoying the moments, not always having to vlog everything and think about things to do and say for the vlog.
