Nice video. My suggestion - Sydney (YSSY) to Tamworth (YSTW) or Coffs Harbour (YCFS) in the Q400 for QantasLink, there is good scenery available from Orbx for both destination airports.
Nice video. Matt. With regard to all the ponds around the airport, you'll find that they're dotted all around Florida. They are there to cope with the huge amount of rain delivered during thunderstorms. Also, Florida was primarily swampland and nature is always trying to get back to its status quo.
Matt, I just got to say, I love your videos and they're the only ones I watch for X-Plane and FSX! Keep up the great work, and can't wait to see new/more videos!
Hey Matt, just wanted to say a thank you. Watching your A2A Cessna videos helped me make the decision to go for my first real flying lesson. Had it up in Aberdeen in a C172, and it was just brilliant. Quite a stiff wind so found out what turbulence feels like, especially when its coming off scottish hills :) Then did a bit of nice VFR over the coast of Aberdeen, flew OVER the harbour (that was amazing, flying over an active harbour, done it in sims but didn't think I'd do it for real) did some 360 turns over the boats moored in the coastal waters, then chucked a left up the river before the instructor brought her in for a sublime crosswind landing (270 at 9kts) at a very quiet Dyce airport :) I said "you make it look easy" and he said "IT IS!". I think I'm gonna like this guy. But thanks for the vids as watching your scottish coasts one really made the bug bite. Just reflew the route in P3D with the DK2. PS real planes are bumpy.
Great to see you got P3D working well! I remember watching your stream with the struggles trying to tweak it. Can't wait to see a P3D settings tutorial!
N333NW was built 1992 First flight was on the 28 April 1992 and Delivered to Northwest Airlines on 10 July 1992 The age of this aircraft is 22.8 Years Old to date
Hi Matt! I absolutely love your videos, and your understanding of the various aircraft/ systems completely blows my mind! I've been simming for years, and frankly I can't start a Cessna properly! Keep it up :)
Insane graphics, well worth the wait for the stunning departure... BTW, the reason for the random numbers in the scratch-pad and not being able to disc the autopilot is because you had the keyboard input enabled, the black bar on the left of the MDCU, (left of the left arrow, 1 and 2 buttons) if you click it, you can use your keyboard to enter info into the MCDU... the drawback is having to disable it whenever you need to use a keyboard binding.
Great video, Matt. I once lived in Atlanta, and I made flights to Orlando once every two months to visit family. Delta mostly use the 757-200 for this route, at least that's what I've been on every time. It will be interesting to see what picks up the route when they phase out the 757s. Good to see you back in the States.
Hi Matt, I want to start out with your videos are AMAZING! Keep up the great work. Now, can you please do a flight in Virginia America a320 or a319 from KDAL to KAUS? I would like for you to do it in P3D but X-Plane 10 would be fine to. Thank You!
You are right.....you can't change the settings from KG to LBS. This has always been the case with aerosofts 'bus.....not sure why.....but it's kinda dumb if you ask me.
The ponds are for run-off water. when yo have large paved areas, like at an airport, the water has to have somewhere to go. You see the same thing beside the motorway network in the UK.
Copenhagen to Svalbard (Norway/ North Pole) Its just like the Just Planes Norwegian 737 flight except this is from Copenhagen and is operated by Atlantic Airways. its go quite a short runway too with interesting weather
Hey Matt. You are not going crazy; the standard unit used on the Aerosoft Airbus are metric. Unfortunately, you cannot change the aircraft's units to imperial units like PMDG allow you to do.
Nice video matt;) the pfd is telling you when to extend the flaps you go to config 1 at the green dot to 2 after you reached the S config 3 10 knots before F and 4 at the final approach speed i hope that helped a bit
Runways and taxi lights problems are with the Nvidia drivers. With the driver 344.75 work fine. Something happen when install the 347.XX drivers the lights dont works.
very nice flight!!! suggestion- ben gurion airport (LLBG)- vienna (LOWW). the ben gurion airport is a very nice one and the vienna one is to so it can be a wonderful flight!
Hi Matt, can you please let me know how you smoothly move your camera whilst in the flight deck & outside the aircraft. I assume your using ezdok camera. when I use the arrow keys the views move too fast. Thanks for all your great videos. Mike.
Hey Matt ! Great video as usual buddy ! It's Kromza :p. Just to you know, you can change to pounds, just try all the menues. I can't tell you how on top of my head but I did it some days ago, from pounds to kilograms :)
ought to do another flight out of the ZJX airspace, I can guarantee full departure ATC as I'm the asisstant events coordinator. When you depart 36R on the Jaguar 4 departure, you would be given a heading of 330, you would contact departure who would clear you direct to the GUANO intersection and climb you to 16,000.
Hello Matt! Great video! I have a problem and maybe you have a solution for that? I have no idea if you fly the PMDG 777, but maybe you have heard of this problem before. Anyways so when i fly flights that are +3 hours, the plane textures disappear. It's all fine in the cockpit but when i go for a outside view the textures are gone?
Idea for the next one, Keflavík to Vágar in an Atlantic Airways A319? There's Keflavík scenery from Aerosoft and some great freeware scenery for Vágar from Azurafiles.
For the US logic part, Orlando was basically but above a bunch of lakes and ponds, so they didn't want to fill in the excess water, so they just left it there. They wouldn't just put a pond there for any reason. You can clearly see all the lakes around the city of Orlando if you go on Google Earth.
Great video Matt, just what I wanted to watch in the wee hours of the morning! Like how you're already in Atlanta, how about doing KATL-KDCA; give the river visual a shot ;).
i would like to see you flying the NAX396 from ENGM (Oslo) to the very short rwy up in ENSB (Svalbard). I've flown this myself and it's really fun and beatiful, and btw, ther's a very good freee scenery for Svalbard!!
Hey Matt I usually fly the 737 or 777 but lately since pmdg 737 isn't in p3d i have been doing a lot of airbus flying for those domestic flights! I am looking to get a new joystick for the aerosoft airbus and was wondering if you have one you recommend and which one you use!
Hey Matt! I have a great flight that is so much fun to go back forth I'd KIAH-KDFW-KAUS-KIAH-KAUS-KDFW, I know it may seem long but you can accomplish all of the flights in around 2-3 hours...
Nice vid Matt! I am a bit confused about P3d! In the Eula it's not supposed to be used for personal entertainment. I guess that means we can't use it as just a sim.. Do you really have to be a 'student pilot' in order use P3d? And what happens if I just buy it and start using it from home? I am sure this question has come up million times but I'd really like to get an answers and appreciate any comments about it.
Hey Matt, can you do a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town? I think many smaller domestic flights do this route but also the larger ones come in from Dubai.
Great video Matt. Would love to see you fly from KIAD to KBOS or from KBOS to KIAD. Love the American flights and those are two lovely airports. If beggars can be choosers, the 737 or 767 would be great!

Great video as always Matt, I have one question though, why is the registration of the airplane different? One on the outside checks out, it belongs to Delta but the one on the flight deck is an aircraft that is registered to Aer Lingus which was delivered on 2005 and no, it was not leased or sold or anything? LOL :D Eagerly waiting for your P3D settings video, till then, take care...
Hi Matt, thank you for the video I have been interested to know if you have to re-purchase addons if switching to P3D from FSX? Also, if you go to airbus configurator you should be able to select metric/imperial settings for the plane. Keep them coming and when I'm rich I will support your initiative for some private tutoring..!
ORBX North America is good territory to fly a Horizon Q400. There aren't really any sceneries yet for Seattle or Portland, but the afcads that come with the regions suffice for me. You could go from Seattle or Portland to Bozeman. ORBX has a good BZN scenery.
+Matt Davies can you just let me know the scenery/add ons that you use? I have FSX (steam edition) and I REALLY want to make videos like yours. But i have no scenery except one installed. How do I have the default FSX go to THAT? Thanks.
How did you get Taxi2Gate to install in P3D? I installed and see the folder, but I get an error: "Could not load Scenery from Area.125". When I look at the scenery.cfg, scenery.125 is the KMCO Taxi2Gate installation. I have P3Dv2.5. Thanks!!
Hi matt. Loved the video. I would like to suggest Rotterdam to Nice. Which would be EHRD-LFMN. Preferably in the Transavia 737. They both have very nice scenery :)
Very nice video!! When you get a chance, you should try the Caribbean. There are some amazing sceneries in the Caribbean that you can get - but a superb video nevertheless
Matt, what addon is it that moves the camera upon touching down and during turbulence? you can see the constant bumps and stuff...what addon would that be? Thank you
Nice video.
My suggestion - Sydney (YSSY) to Tamworth (YSTW) or Coffs Harbour (YCFS) in the Q400 for QantasLink, there is good scenery available from Orbx for both destination airports.
+1
Nice video. Matt.

Thank you so much matt for doing the flight I requested! Really Awesome!
Muh boy
very accurate KMCO scenery, I work there, even the seats inside the terminal looked the same, nice detail
very true, i live near the airport and i go there every year. very accurate
I live in Atlanta! I loved this video! I'm glad to see someone actually flying into Atlanta!
Lol Matt, GSX emptied the plane and then you requested pushback. You flew an empty plane to ATL xD.
Matt, I just got to say, I love your videos and they're the only ones I watch for X-Plane and FSX! Keep up the great work, and can't wait to see new/more videos!
just going back to the videos that influencd me growing up. thank you matt
I love your videos. Please do not stop!
***** where do your sceneries and liveries come from!
Hey Matt, just wanted to say a thank you. Watching your A2A Cessna videos helped me make the decision to go for my first real flying lesson. Hey Matt how do you move the airbridge for this scenery Crtl+J doesn't seem to work?
Corey Hall it’s has static jetways you have to buy AES for it to work
Great to see you got P3D working well! I remember watching your stream with the struggles trying to tweak it. Can't wait to see a P3D settings tutorial!
Just an awesome video! The scenery was just professional.
N333NW was built 1992

The dynamic shadows are great.
Nothing better than watching Belynz (Matt), while eating pizza :D
Beautiful and stunning video!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done
Will you be doing videos in X-Plane 11 whenever it comes out Matt?
Great video, Matt. I once lived in Atlanta, and I made flights to Orlando once every two months to visit family. Brill vid matt cant wait till u upload again thanks for entertaining me
You are right.....you can't change the settings from KG to LBS. This has always been the case with aerosofts 'bus.....not sure why.....but it's kinda dumb if you ask me.
The ponds are for run-off water. when yo have large paved areas, like at an airport, the water has to have somewhere to go. You see the same thing beside the motorway network in the UK.
+Robert Langford well Florida is essentially wetlands
Copenhagen to Svalbard (Norway/ North Pole) Its just like the Just Planes Norwegian 737 flight except this is from Copenhagen and is operated by Atlantic Airways. its go quite a short runway too with interesting weather
There is a random pond cuz Orlando was built on the Everglades. I live near Orlando. They had to put the water somewhere
love u bro... your .cfg and .nip has saved my prepard... thank you...
Youre my favorite FSX Flyer!
Hey Matt. You are not going crazy; the standard unit used on the Aerosoft Airbus are metric. Unfortunately, you cannot change the aircraft's units to imperial units like PMDG allow you to do.
The Delta plane that you are using in this video looks like the JetBlue Airbus A320 I flew on towards JFK-NYC.
Believe it or not, I have done this exact same flight with Delta to Altanta, except in a CRJ900!
Hi Matt davie I like how the guy walks with the plane that is so cool
RE: Ponds at the airport. The airport was probably built on reclaimed boggy or swampy land, so the random ponds are probably just natural.
Leipzig (EDDP) to Bergamo (LIMA) in the pmdg 777F. This is a real Aerologic flight, the airline I fly for.
Nice video matt;) the pfd is telling you when to extend the flaps you go to config 1 at the green dot to 2 after you reached the S config 3 10 knots before F and 4 at the final approach speed i hope that helped a bit
um...
Didn't understand?^^
Runways and taxi lights problems are with the Nvidia drivers. With the driver 344.75 work fine. Something happen when install the 347.XX drivers the lights dont works.
very nice flight!!!
suggestion- ben gurion airport (LLBG)- vienna (LOWW). the ben gurion airport is a very nice one and the vienna one is to so it can be a wonderful flight!
21:25 "Like their on steroids..." I never new LCD displays could take steroids. 😝
+matt Can you please tell me how to configure GSX. I bought it just and i can cont figure out how to get the gates into position.PLEASE HELP.
Nice video. Love your flying skills! And yes we do have swissport in the US, But not all airports here do.
Hi Matt, can you please let me know how you smoothly move your camera whilst in the flight deck & outside the aircraft. I assume your using ezdok camera. when I use the arrow keys the views move too fast. Thanks for all your great videos. Mike.
best time landing rough but flight smooth
I really loved your fights you did in Alaska a while ago! I would really like to see more of it :)
Can you show the Orbx KPSP scenery. Really great flight from KPSP to San Francisco with Alaska.
Hi Matt, great vid. Could you do any commercial flight, however with you planning it as well, thanks
Hey Matt ! Great video as usual buddy ! It's Kromza :p.
Just to you know, you can change to pounds, just try all the menues. I can't tell you how on top of my head but I did it some days ago, from pounds to kilograms :)
Newcastle to Schiphol using the new SID at NCL? ;)
A flight from Amman Queen Alia (OJAI) to Dubai (OMDB) in the Aerosoft A321! Royal Jordanian!

There's no night lighting in the Atlanta scenery? On their page they have advertised a P3Dv2 version of their ATL scenery :?
Hello Matt!

Matt could i suggest a future video to fly from London Gatwick (EGKK) to Lanzarote (GCRR). Brilliant video by the way
Aerosoft said they were working on a patch so you can change the MCDU to LBS
Nice! It would be awesome if you did an Australian route! Sydney-Cairns in a JetStar A320! Thanks
Hey Matt! I have a great flight that is so much fun to go back forth I'd KIAH-KDFW-KAUS-KIAH-KAUS-KDFW, I know it may seem long but you can accomplish all of the flights in around 2-3 hours...

I am sure this question has come up million times but I'd really like to get an answers and appreciate any comments about it.
What add-ons were you using in the video and how did you get P3D to look so amazing with bloom from the sun and what looks like an amazing ENB?
Hey Matt, can you do a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town? I think many smaller domestic flights do this route but also the larger ones come in from Dubai.
this was meant to be on Tuesday but you were doing Challenge 48 for a leg??
Great video Matt. Would love to see you fly from KIAD to KBOS or from KBOS to KIAD. Love the American flights and those are two lovely airports. If beggars can be choosers, the 737 or 767 would be great!

Nice job, Matt
If a 64bit version is rumoured to be coming i may just wait a bit. Although add ons are probably going to take longer to be adaptable?
Matt, is it possible to do a P3D tweaks guide ? Would be a very useful video! Cheers!
Great video! P3D looks awesome! I can't find out where to download the 1.20 update for the aerosoft airbus X.... Any ideas???
***** Thanks, but stupidly, I downloaded it from fspilotshop.com :'(
Hi Matt, thank you for the video I have been interested to know if you have to re-purchase addons if switching to P3D from FSX? Hey Matt. Awesome video as always. If you're looking for suggestions, I think some more Alaska flights would be cool. Possibly PAFA-PANC. Thanks!
Manchester (EGCC) to Orlando (KMCO) direct. Haven't seen large aircraft like the 747 on here yet.
Great video! What are the names of the cruise and descent tunes that you used?
LSGG-UUDD Geneva to Moscow. beautiful flight
Hi Matt...Awesome video!Could you fly an easyJet A319 from Ljubljana,Slovenia(LJLJ) to London Stansted,UK(EGSS).Thanks
Real-life pilot suggestion, when turning on the "irs" it goes 1, 3 then 2. But nice landing.
ORBX North America is good territory to fly a Horizon Q400. There aren't really any sceneries yet for Seattle or Portland, but the afcads that come with the regions suffice for me. You could go from Seattle or Portland to Bozeman. ORBX has a good BZN scenery.
It's not that we put the ponds there. It's that we built the airport around the ponds. Oh Orlando. Home sweet home.
Are you sure this isn't FSX cause at 12:17 the parking brake warning is the same exact thing as in FSX
P3D is nothing like FSX
Best guy ever and videos, the only complain is that u lack traffic such as airplanes in airports. That would make your videos perfeeect.
Cheers mate ;) There are some addons for this.
Yet another great video Matt! Please could you do my suggestion which is Alicante in Spain to Cardiff in Wales in a Vueling A320.Thanks!!
Matt, Did you post in Patreon web your tweaks for P3D?
+Matt Davies can you just let me know the scenery/add ons that you use? I have FSX (steam edition) and I REALLY want to make videos like yours. But i have no scenery except one installed. How do I have the default FSX go to THAT? Thanks.
do you think u can do a flight from kphl-kmco
What about the A321 BA shuttle from EGPF to EGLL for a video?
what state was your aircraft loaded up in? did u start from cold and dark and just did not include it in the video or is it like the default state ?
Good job! Thanks,
How did you get Taxi2Gate to install in P3D? I installed and see the folder, but I get an error: "Could not load Scenery from Area.125". When I look at the scenery.cfg, scenery.125 is the KMCO Taxi2Gate installation. I have P3Dv2.5. Thanks!!
Great video Matt, would be cool to see the same flight in X-Plane as a comparison?
Hey Matt great video!!! Can you do an FSX flight of Arizona Skyharbour to Las Vegas Intl? It's a lovely flight over the desert!
cool vid. but couldn't help notice your spoilers did not come up on landing
hi matt ur brilliant keep ur videos going they are good
Matt do ENBR to EKVG in the aerosoft A319
Next vid you should do is from Gatwick to Allicante in the pmdg ngx
You should fly into Boston sometime! How about DCA-BOS or vice versa?
Matt, what addon is it that moves the camera upon touching down and during turbulence?
you can see the constant bumps and stuff...what addon would that be?
Thank you
ezdok
