The problem with this is yes its a good idea but there is other easy solutions to that problem also. Ones that are much cheaper. On top of that I don't know many ppl that woukd use this more than 3 or 4 times a year max. So at that point it's not really practical to get when at that point it will take up space for not much use also. The idea isn't bad tho just not ever really going to be very big. That being said tho Kevin did kinda rob them😂 100k for 33% plus 1$ forever is crazy greedy. I'm surprised they took it. They problem shoukdnt have. But if they were going to they should have asked for .50cents instead just to get alittle more. From 100k for 10% to 100k foe 33% AND 1$ forever is CRAZY😂😂😂

He's probably a flexitarian which can mean someone is a vegetarian 90% of the time then will eat some meat 10% of the time.
The fact they didn't negotiate the royalty at all "50 cents per?" or something. They just played with equity or asked if no royalty at all, rather than negotiating a set royalty value. Jfc just seemed so stupid of them.

First of all, there is no way this product would be the difference between an inedible bird and an amazing bird. Maybe a good bird and a really good one. Second of all, don't whole birds already come with a piece of plastic that does the exact same thing?

These guys are terrible negotiators. They kept trying to reduce his equity when they should have countered the royalty to go away after some time. Him being an equal third partner is something that is totally fair, but the royalty isn't.

Update: Less than 3 months later their product was ripped off by Chinese knockoffs selling for half their price. Kevin recovered his initial investment because of the favorable terms of the deal he got. And the 2 original owners of the company went broke and closed their business.
