Has anyone made a video on how transpose the measurements taken from the components in the case to bending plate with the mandrels, I keep finding videos on to bend with it, but having all that is in the kit is nice yes, but not having idea on how to take the measurements and use those on this bending kit. It would be nice to see a CPU or GPU loop in case and the measurements being taken on the bends needed and then using this kit to make needed bends.
Prior to entering and exiting the mandrel you should use a brace so that your tubing does not bend out of a straight line. You will end up flexing the tubing thus inducing an arc in the tubing where you do not want to have a bend. You can see what I am talking about when you do the first bend. The tube arcs between the stopper and the mandrel after you start to bend the tubing.
Good review. Lots of components and options included, which is nice. With my most recent build, I bought a smaller kit from Monsoon that required screwing the mandrels down to a piece of MDF. It worked really well, but this kit looks a bit more adaptable. My big concern is that cheese grate that you screw everything to. Since you have to use the screw holes that are on it, that limits your dimensions to the positions of those holes. I wonder if that is going to cause some issues for builders.
I'm a little confused, the manual states, "All bending mandrels and stoppers are de-signed for tube diameters of 12 or 13 mm and 16 mm" (I'm assuming it's talking about the hardtube outer diameter) but the product is advertised for 13 mm and 16mm hard tubing? Can you actual use this kit for PETG tubing 12 mm OD, 10 MM ID?
First hehe :) It s a very nice kit for sure and you work like a pro!, it is very nice for system builders not for the average Joe building 1 pc a year I recon )
for 200 euros ill pass, I personally don't bend so many tubes to justify it. maybe a professional builder could use but certainty can manage without it.

Fantastic video! I love the details and camera work you've put into this one. Keep up the great work, MBT!

Can you use 14mm?

Hopefully version 2 of this kit will have aluminium cast mandrels, not cheap plastic ones which may deform under heat...
It would be wiser to not blow the heat onto the tube while having it on the jigs.
Nice toolbox, gloves are nouch addition.
Ugh. My dude. Even heat. Bend a little slower. Watching you mangle the tubes with such a beautiful kit was heartbreaking.
If you look closely, he's already melted some of the mandrels. @7:36 look at all the bubbles on the bigger 360.
These sets are so rare you can only find them for 350 dollars upwards...
Intresant.
Fuck bending, fitting ftw

A simple fix would be raising the feet so that your hand can move under it without lifting
nice german dude :D
Bender
Good filming btw *_i wish if you can checkout my content and give me some feedback_* that would be of some appreciation
