The amount is so negligible that it’s not even 1 gram in an entire 1/4 cup serving of cranberries. And you are probably only getting a few measly cranberries in one serving of meatballs. It’s not like they’re adding a substantial amount of sunflower oil to the meatballs as what you usually see in processed foods.
