Hi PB. Thanks for the comments. Yes its a nice little saw. I bought it just for conifer reduction jobs but as you can see from this video it will cut thicker stuff if it has to. Cheers Calvin
Howa this saw running as youv' put some time on it now? ..I run almost all husky's Here in northeast USA. fEW GUYS AND i ARE RUNNING THE ECHO-2511TS, AND THEYRE GREAT LITTLE SAW.. iD REALLY LIKE TO TRY ONE THESE OUT.. OR SEE A COMPARISON OF THE 525T VS ECHO 2511T.. maybe get a few up-to-dat, videos on this saw now after 2? years?.. thanks for the video..
Excellent video on the T525 in actual use. Interesting that it comes with the ¼ pitch chain and 10" carving bar across the pond. The T525 is becoming available here in Canada (March 2019). The local Husqvarna dealer has indicated the saw will come standard here with a ⅜ pitch chain (1.3mm) and have a 12 inch bar. I would think the ¼ pitch chain would be better for finer cuts and possibly good for carving. This saw looks to be very well balanced. I was considering a Stihl MS-150T, but with this new Husky offering, the T525 may be a good choice.
Hi railsrock. Many thanks for the comments. Yes I was going to buy a stihl ms-150t but when I saw the husky at the dealership I went on that and I'm glad I did its a nice little saw. Cheers Calvin
Thanks Hannu. Yes I've always tried to use the chainbrake as much as I can. As soon as I take one hand off the saw I put it on. That's the way I do it. Cheers Calvin
your videos are getting better you are getting comfy in front of the camera I have not tried the t525 that is a 35cc what size chain 3/8 or 1/4 is this an emission saw
Hi Tim. Thanks for the comments. Its 27cc. 1/4 chain. I don't know about the emissions but it has a normal carb. ( fully adjustable ) I'm very happy with it so far. Cheers Calvin
