😂😂lived in N Goergia for 17 years (Blairsville) If you plan to move here and are young or a big do it yourselfer it is getting much more difficult to get home improvement or repairs done. As people move here the services are being taxed to the max.

Great video. My wife and I live in NH and are scouting places in the south to retire to in the next 10-12 years. We're looking at at either GA or FL. We're looking to escape the brutal New England winters. It's funny that you mentioned not knowing what to do when you get snow. Late winter in New England can last until the end of April. It's awful. We love the ocean but FL might be too expensive and humid for us. North Georgia looks beautiful. We're looking for a small town because we do not like big cities, crowds, congestion or traffic. We're also pretty conservative and would like to land in an area that goes along with that. We might take a trip to north GA in the next few years with the kids. Are there any areas we should focus on?

I'm not sure if I could handle snow in late April!! Lots of great choices to explore in North Georgia when you decide to make a trip. Dahlonega, Celveland, Ellijay, Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Clayton, & Hiawassee would be good places to visit.

Hey my man. We’re wondering what might be a couple of your favorite small towns up in north Georgia? We want to buy a few acres with a running stream and build a cabin. We need good internet though!🤣

Can you talk about schools, kids activities., best neighborhoods for families. I was in Celebration, Floruda when my kids were in 6th - 12th grade. They had scooters to get around on. School and downtown was nearby. We lived near the school and downtown and many parks, pools, etc. I am looking for something similar. We even had a Kiliwins too!! At first it was a regular icream and sandwich shop next to the theater then it became a Kiliwins. Can you help us?

Great video, thank you. My wife and I are looking at north georgia for retirement. Possibly Dalton outskirts or Chatsworth area. Ellijay gets a bit pricey from what we`ve seen. We`re going down there soon to check out the area

I am looking for a family friendly town somewhere in North Georgia . Idc about having fancy shops ( even though local farm where I can buy produce would be a plus ) . I'm looking for a place where they at least treat young family and children with respect like I said we are outdoors family so we don't need fancy entertainment to entertain us just good nature but respect be a plus. Looking for a town that not ran over by meth dealers . Here in a small town in Florida where I live now it a huge problem that local government and even police ignore . So looking for a safer environment for my children where I don't have to worry about a meth lab blowing up across the street . Living somewhere where there is a community feel , and people willing to be nice and help each other just to be neighborly would be nice too .
Anyone got any suggestions please let us know . I have to get my kids out of Florida . We aren't originally from here and 4 years here I have had enough . I'm a Appalachia girl originally, and I'm going crazy not being in the mountains and having seasons .

We went to Dahlongia and stayed at the resort,we loved it so much we definitely want to move there. We been in Florida for 11 years and was born and raised in Minnesota. We don't like the cold and Georgia seems to be a good middle ground. I will contact u hopefully in near future
