Tricky to play, you cannot go full aggro. You have to see the windows where you Can charged first skill enemies to trade and Big heal
Its a mix of vex, and the vampire old dude, forgot his name... but he isnt as explosive as vex, and he is weak early game, and doesnt deal that much damage without the combo in mid game

That Fizz was awful. Fizz is actually quite good against Vlad. Atleast when ive played Fizz into him, ive had good ganes.
