  • Will O’Meara, a farmer from Connecticut, was one of almost 150 farmers who joined us in D.C. to advocate for equitable land access in the 2023 Farm Bill.
Nearly half of all U.S. farmland is expected to change hands over the next two decades, the average U.S. farmer approaching 60 years old, and young farmers are leaving agriculture because they cannot secure land. We need a farm bill that will serve the next generation in agriculture.
