Finally, Shri Ram's Ayodhya Nagri is getting its most deserved status and honour. I salute the resolve of the government and all those who have been involved in one way or the other to bring to life such a magnificent structure in the glory of Raja Shri Ram Chandra. If the pillars were engineered like of temples, then the entire station would have a whole temple like vibe
If they made the pillars out of stone/red stone, people would make it dirty within few months by spitting, scratching, etc. So they material needed to be granite which can be easily cleaned.
