You have change keyboard shortcut from Windows Settings (Press Win+I) Accessibility > Keyboard > Turn off Use the Print screen button to open screen snipping.
That screenshot is copied into the clipboard. You have to paste that screenshot into Paint (or any other image editing software) and then save it as an image file so you can see your screenshot anytime you want. Read more: howover.com/how-to-take-a-screenshot-on-windows
