Hi Amber! Thank you for all of your content! I agree with others that threading/tension is a huge problem for so many of us. I have the same machine you’re using SWF 12 MAS. It’s been 10 months and I have never completed one embroidery project without a thread issue. I have searched RUclips for videos for step by step instructions for this machine specifically and come up with incomplete instructions or I’m directed to other brands. Please help us SWF users figure this out, thanks.
Good morning...I used to have thread breaks then I lowered the speed between 530-600 and I've NEVER had another thread break...try lowering the speed, it worked for me👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
@@sheilapugh7851 Thank you for the suggestion! I did order the magnetic bobbins and what a game changer! I have not had an issue since I slowed it down, rethreaded my machine (I did this while waiting on my bobbins to come in) and switched over to the magnetic bobbins. I’m actually stitching with NO thread breaks! Thank you!
Hi Amber a lot of new machine owners struggle with threading this machine. I think that would be a great video if you find the time. I have this machine as well and Love It. Thanks for All you do.😘
Amber, thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I just purchased the SWF MAS 12 a couple of months ago and the video tutorials on line from the vendor are outdated and the steps are not the same as for this newer model. Specifically, I am having trouble deleting a design (I'm deleting it because it ALWAYS pops up when the machine is turned on and its hard to get another design to load). I know how to delete designs, but this particular one will not delete (the trash can icon is greyed out when I click on this particular design.) Is there a particular place/source you go to for technical support? Annette
Hi Amber. Can you do a tutorial on uploading and stitching out lettering fonts. I’ve purchased many different fonts and need to print out a name but can’t figure out to load the whole name vs only one letter.

I would love a video about uploading multiple designs for a single project. I do smaller FSL often and 1 at a time makes a lot of material waste.

Oh one more thing. There’s an update for this machine that will allow you to see design as you are selecting color in the needle section.
