- What is God's will for you.... really? Is it to have pain and to suffer through life until you make it to the other side? God's will for you is more than just "make it" through this life. Come and let us learn together!
This is such toxic thinking and belief. So if you have cancer or a brain tumer or a child gets childhood cancer it’s because they were sinning somehow? Ok, so, who is sinless? In romans 3:10 it says, “ There is none righteous, no, not one:” I don’t believe your idea that people are sick because they haven’t kept some law and are sinning somehow. That’s toxic. And not correct. Not biblical. We are all sinners romans 3:23. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us, 1 John 1:8. If we went by your logic then everybody should be sick all of the time, because everyone is a sinner. We all desperately need to be saved. I think what you’re preaching is kinda like “prosperity gospel” it’s a false doctrine.
@@BrentDavis-xr9ud I agree. We are all sinners, we all come short of the glory of God. Thank you for commenting. I just need to be more clear. We live in a fallen world, there is pain, there is suffering, and we all go thru it. What I am suggesting is do our thoughts add to our pain and keep us in despair? When I read the scriptures and it says Christ took on all our pain, afflictions, suffering, etc, I believe Him. I choose to go thru pain and suffering with the hope of Christ. To follow his council because of the world we live in wants us to believe there is no hope. We are invited to live as he did, to learn to think as he does. I desire to do that. Thank you again. My intention is not to hurt or bring pain.
