Building Wooden Dummy Arms

This video shows you the entire process that we go through to produce high quality wooden dummy arms for our various different types of wooden dummies. The arms being made in the video are Wing Chun Arms with offset tendons. Offset tendons are very important because they allow your dummy arms to sit level with each other rather than forcing them to be staggered. This in return provides a lot more training flexibility and options. All of our arms are constructed out of Ash Hardwood which is the same type of wood that is used in Baseball Bats and Axe Handles. Ash is prized for its "shock resistant" properties as well as its overall durability and lasting strength.
