Arsenal play another game tonight, and I think it is finally time Thomas Partey is trusted with a start next to Declan Rice. In this video, I talk about why I think he makes our team better and can help the attack create more. Let me know what you think down below in the comments!

Thomas has proved himself to be valuable in the past especially last season he was unstoppable one of the best in the league we need to use him and stop putting disrespect on his name always talking about him leaving

partey and trossard both are excellent players for us when they are subbed on. But I fear that like trossard, partey could struggle being a starter especially coming back into fitness.

Partey I have a hard time with. Been a minute since I’ve seen him put on a very high level performance.

How u gonna see him do that when he haven’t been playing much. He got about 20 min of play time each in the 4 or 5 games he’s play all season

If we had Partey in the Bayern Match we wouldve won, the chelsea Match showed me that when his in the middle the attackers are match more secure and confident to be spontaneous including Rice and odeergard

Partey is putting himself out of the first 11. Its about consistency, as Arteta said, we need players who will be available to build relationships within the team.
Partey should only blame himself, honestly, he needs to go back to Athletico Madrid fitness level's. COYG

I will never understand how dumb we arsenal fans to even begin to consider Jorginho as being on the same level as Partey! Like Partey is literally World Class! His presence brings calmness to everyone! Jorginho is just more vocal! I literaly cant think of a single area Jorginho is better!! Heck, Zinchenko can play Jorginho role easily!

fans will be reluctant to admit it, but he's much better than Rice. Rice has him on availability though

Better than Rice at 6, Rice better as box to box 6 or 8

They are two different players. Partey is good for transition from defense to attack, he is press resistant and is very good at line making breaking passes, whereas rice can break down oppositions play easily. He has the engine can defend very well and is a very good box to box mid. I think they can compliment each other very well if played together.

    • @meharvirdi1719
      @meharvirdi1719 Месяц назад +2

agree and think they should play together but you’d hope for 100+ million lbs you’d get a midfielder who can do a bit more in possession 🤷‍♂️

Agree on partey starting I don't think havertz work in midfield he has to play up front our passing through the middle is not there with havertz in midfield

You know you can hit the little settings icon in the top right and slow the video down to 0.75x if it’s too fast for you. I think his narration is fine

    NOOOOOO
Partey is far from sharp yet, he constantly makes mistakes...he should stay as a sub for a while because he is clearly very far from being sharp enough to start. He is a great player and one of our best players but he needs to be introduced slowly because he is having a tough time adjusting

Don't even need to watch to know it's a bad take, Partey has been terrible every second he's been on the pitch, his days of playing well are all behind him. Time to move him on to Saudi to fade away

Actually its what we lacked against midblocks, him and/or havertz's hold up play will be useful
Imagine actual vertical progression with havertz at the front. Am i the only one that remembers how different the last 20 ish minutes of the stamford bridge game were? Of course it was late and our comeback wasnt correlated by him solely but if we had played that way all game we wouldve surely won
