    A heat gun will take off hot glue without messing with the paint.

      I've never tried that! I don't think I've ever used a heat gun, haha.

    The mold is the school or district’s responsibility. The is a health issue!

    new teacher here what is the benefit of cutting stuff out before laminiation vs after ?

      Laminating seals the paper inside the laminating sheets through heat. If you cut after laminating, the plastic will eventually peel off. Cutting first seals the paper in the plastic by melting the edges of the plastic together.

      I think it is personal preference, honestly. When you cut things out before, you can usually fit more things in one lamination sheet and you can put an extra "border" of protection around whatever you cut out so there's some extra durability to your decor/displays.
