For the last couple years I listened mostly to isochronic tones because I didn't have headphones I could wear while lying down. A few months ago I found a pair for a dollar and discovered binaural beats. I start dreaming within the first minute I'm comfortable, while I'm still awake. Sometimes I estimate a longer or shorter one than I need, and have to repeat or add or stop in the middle, but I'm definitely more awake, more balanced, and more productive afterwards. So, a question: in a musical group where everyone's PRETTY MUCH in tune, but not in concert tuning, off, why do they not all fall asleep?
Good stuff, love the pop up info... and would love to see these a little longer in length... just with binaural beats. Great work, and s channel I'll def. revisit. I also like how in each ear one tone starts then the other. Awesome!
@@SleepTube I'm accidentally listening w/o phones right now, because I don't want to sleep, just to stay on this page long enough to write this, and I'm still getting a lot of the binaural effect, not as good as the SENSATION of a different tone entering each ear, but still very centering and relaxing.
I had a terrible experience with this. I've listened to his twice, both times I woke up in a place far away from where I fell asleep, with absolute zero memory of switching places myself, and I ended up sleeping long hours instead of a nap

Hey, unfortunately you won’t be able to enjoy the full benefits of the brainwaves without them.
