With the US and China locked in an increasingly intense battle over technology, one tiny component has become the focal point of the rivalry.  Semiconductors, known as chips, have emerged as the prize in a new technology cold war.  Taiwan just happens to make most of the chips used worldwide.  This report from East Asia correspondent Bill Birtles.
