So far I've read The Mist by Stephen king, Powerless by Lauren Roberts and I'm working on the Sight by Melanie Golding. :D Not too shabby. Adding the pages that's just a fuzz shy of 1000 pages in 3 days. Breaking things down by page count helps my mind when I have a lower book count for the month. If it averages 300+ pages per book then I'm on track lol.

You always have the choice to not read it at that time. But you do what's best for you. I want to make myself a tbr but I know I won't stick to it.
Sticking to a TBR is a struggle for sure! 😬 But I just make sure I remember to be flexible with it!
Can someone tell me why every time you ask Siri for a number my watch responds to your voice my watch does not respond to my voice when I say hey Siri, so apparently Lindsey sounds more like Zelma than Zelma sounds like Zelma… just saying mind blown.
So my Siri said 24 for your first spin. lol 😂
I just laughed so hard 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’ve infiltrated your Siri!!! 🤣🤣
Now I’m going to have to go find out what book 24 is because I’m curious 🧐
@@sheisbookedandbusy Girl, I am curious too, I was looking while you were counting and the only thing I could deduce was it was in the stack in the corner. Also, I came off a bad reading month. I love the veto idea. I just wasn't inspired. October is off to a great start and I can see myself reading all of my books with ease.
I checked - number 24 is Highly Suspicious & Unfairly Cute by Talia Hibbert! 😉 For me, slumpiness is cured by giving myself grace & allowing myself to mood read without pressure so sometimes a veto is essential! THREE books down already?! YOU GO GIRL 💪🏼 I monitor my page count when I'm being goal oriented as well!
New here but I LOVE your energy! … I’m deffinatly in a book slump right now, have been for months😢… If anyone can reccomend something to get me out of it… PLEASE do! X
Omg!! Hi!! I’m so glad you’re here!!! 🥹 I love YOUR energy! Ugh, slumps are the worst! What is your favorite genre?! I’ll give you some recs that help me! 🧃

🦹That's a great selection of books to pick from for the month of October. I'm still looking at my selection of books and wondering what I am going to read this month cause I feel slightly overwhelmed but I think I know how I am tackling it. I am over halfway through Deadly Occupants and enjoying the read. I am in the middle of Crown of Midnight and have been slowly reading it because I have been getting distracted with other things. Hopefully this stack of books will encourage you to read more. Happy reading! 🦹
It's my favorite tbr I've ever picked I think! 🎃 ooo I really wanted to read Deadly Occupants this month so hearing you're liking it might make me try to squeeze it in! I'm a litttttle nervous for Crown of Midnight because I feel like I've forgotten details from Throne of Glass so I may have a bit of research to do before I jump into that one 😬
@@sheisbookedandbusy I'm usually not a mystery/thriller person unless there is a good friend dynamic or I am enjoying the characters.
My issue is that I need the plot to make sense...I have similar problems with horror movies...I'm the person watching the movie rolling her eyes because they're just to ridiculous, & I do the same with my thriller books 🤣
I feel like u should get one veto per month 🦹🏻♀️
I think I may have to implement that! I'll just be sure not to abuse the privilege 🤣
Tomorrow times 3. beautifully written literary fiction. no romance about a friendship. gorgeous though.
OO thank you for letting me know so I go in with the right expectations! 🥰
