Will of D is a bar because the Will of D. is an actual thing in One Piece that puts people with the D. in their name against the "gods", the celestial dragons that are unopposed otherwise.

@@mambamentality7547 Because it is a seafaring fruit, you can only find it at sea, so you can be easily screwed if the ocean catches you or sinks your ship. It like how the devil curses you, hence the "Devil Fruit".
For me, when I heard it the first time I thought luffy won. But after watching it a couple more times, gokus verses were just so clever and nasty. So I think goku won.

Luffy won by a landslide for me due to the last part of the rap, Goku wasn't able to go as hard as before, he should have saved the hole in the ace for later. I actually like Luffy's dub voice, fits his character a lot, especially early on when the series was still kinda childish.
First I thought Luffy won after rewatching it like 3 more time I am getting the Goku bars... Goku bars were harder and more creative

Aye, if you wanna learn about one piece in a short span, totally not mark has a series where he has been reading through the manga and doing a blind review/breakdown. He does a great job breaking things down and explaine most of the plot in each arc he reads through. not as good as the real thing but no one has time to catch up on the anime lol.
This fight was super close but i'd give it to goku. Also enel technically wasn't an actual deity, he just called himself a god but he wasn't a actual god

Goku's second verse was weak compared to Luffy's and he even had the advantage of going second.
Let me say luffy trained for 2 years straight while Goku used something to stop/slowdown time. He was a coward for not using regular time
Goku spent 30+ years training to get stronger normally and usibg the hyperbolic time chamber doesnt make him a coward it makes him fearless because of the conditions of the chamber
The hyperbolic time chamber is one of the most dangerous places in dbz as a whole because of the temperature is always drastically changing from subzero cold to scorching heat, gravity that is strong enough to crush, it gets almost impossible to breath and if you get lost in there or some enemy destroyed the door from the outside anyone in there would get trapped there forever and the fact that he wasnt really in there for himself but to make his son stronger to keep the planet safe when he's not around anymore so none of this makes goku a coward it makes him brave for doing something as dangerous as training in the hyperbolic time chamber knowing all the risks so i wont let you disrespect goku and call him a coward because from what you said yoy CLEARLY think the hyperbolic time chamber is a walk in the park when its really one of the most dangerous things goku has ever partake in besides fight palnet destroying bad guys and keeping the universe safe

I think Chiaotzu fits better than because Krillin because he blew himself up to take out Nappa and he blew it. Krillin got blown up by Frieza but successfully stalled long enough to get Goku in the fight as well as being the catalyst for Goku turning Super Saiyan.
yeah devil fruit users cant swim because that the curse of eating one or consequence. I really thought luffy would won but shao dow with using just creative impactful disrespect and just making clever lines won it for goku this was so hard to decide too

Devil fruit users are hated by the sea and lose all ability to swim when they eat one. Someone could be an Olympic tier swimmer but lose all their abilities if they eat a devil fruit

I absolutely agree with your first statement Goku wasn't hiding inside the Hyperbolic time chamber at all. Although, Goku's marriage with Chi-Chi is undeveloped tho. The only reason Goku married Chi-Chi was because he made a promise to Chi-Chi to marry her and Goku did because he's a man of his word. That's undeveloped. Goku at the start felt like he only thought of Chi-Chi as a sparring partner which definitely did change considering they've made Gohan and Goten. If we're going technical tho, Chi-Chi is still married with Goku because the writer wants it. You said it yourself DBZ is a fighting anime, It wouldn't be fun to see Goku and Chi-Chi actually fighting and possibly divorcing yaknow? Also, Offscreen Goku doesn't count in my opinion because it's not development at all, Development is showing the audience the affection between Goku and Chi-Chi rather than letting them imagine. For Example, I could say Goku was a very bad father because I think that is what offscreen Goku is like, It's just different for other people. Lastly, Goku would be a good father if he never let Goten fight to begin with, I know Goten is strong but he's still a kid, Kid makes mistakes. For Example, Gotenks vs Buu, Gotenks lost because they were just kids, They weren't smart enough to fight Buu yet. Also, No hate btw just telling my opinion :)
