Mines pretty good out of the box. Set up for c standard its still solid. Still going to put a tusk nut on it though. Also i dont use the whammy bar. So thats a thing.
Nice, but what is swaybar fixed set? I get this guitar stay in tune by blocking tremolo with piece of wood. Now it stays in tune like should be so i think it is that tremolo that sucks not the nut. BUT i'm gonna try things with that trem to see it is really that what causes the problem.
Hi. Put something that blocks the bridge to moving then it should stay in tune better. I got new gotoh bridge and locking tuners that i will install and see will my model stay in tune then? If not then it really is the nut, but i have new nut too to test also. Tuning issue is usually biggest problem with cheaper guitars and usually it is nut issue that, strings stick it too much and don't come back to where those was.
@@Hiro.the.God. Thanks. I put new bridge and locking tuners today and i can confirm that, nut is the problem. Tuning definitely stays better now than wih the stock parts, but still when using bridge as floated and using whammy tuning goes off on some strings. I'm gonna still do a video about that bridge and tuners change.
The best upgrade for tuning stability is a better, and properly cut nut. For extreme angled headstocks like Jackson's you need to file out a v in the top of the nut for the first 4 strings at least. This makes the break angle smoother and thus allows for smoother tuning and doesn't catch or bind as much.
Damn my G-string is downright awful! Got worse over time, guess it's my fault for buying a used one as a dumb teen
Bad luck. Bring it to some guitar tech or find some videos here youtube about G- string.

Nice. Mine was good also if i don't use whammy.
I bought one but got the swaybar fixed set. Works great

I just got this guitar, and that is my main issue with it. It doesn’t stay in tune at all.

@@kuitaristi3003 I will subscribe to see your upgrades then.
