Being scammed is embarrassing enough, but to have you jumping through hoops and sending thoughtful responses thinking they are taken seriously is worse
Not that this is an excuse for what he did, there is a bit of truth to what he's saying. The Chinese government, for the last 10 years, has been preventing money from leaving the country due to tax evasion. Wiring funds into the country is easy but, getting it out is very difficult. Since PayPal is a non-chinese company, it makes it easier to get the money out.
I mean it is definitely dumb to have fallen for this. But still good content. Most youtubers just post fake shit to make themselves look good. At least you are honest enough to admit you took an L.
This is a great lesson for anyone trying to deal with Chinese companies. If there is no one physically in China to do the due diligence, you are at great risk of being scammed.
We are talking about transfers of large sums of money and me having tons of leverage against him. After I blew his operation up on youtube, he completely changed his tone to a whiny kid. He learned his place. it's a logical thought. Maybe you would think the same if you were transferring tens of thousands of dollars like I was!
I've enjoyed watching this process, and think you have now learned about being naive with other people. I remember an old expression my Mother and Dad told me, "A fool and his money soon go separate ways."

Thank you so much. So glad someone is calling out China's scamming
Huh??? Aren't there scammer s in your country!
@@patriciopineda5 Of course but China would win the world cup for scamming, used to go to Nigeria I think
@@SomeoneC your right it's obviously not everyone in China, but there seems to be a concerted raft of scamming of Americans and a lot is coming from China. If it's called out then the Chinese government who hates to lose face may start doing something about it. I have been a victim of it myself.
Still if you look at the bigger picture....india is the world's hub of scamming.
Being an Indian I say this....this country is full of scammers in the name of IT Industry 🥲
I was scammed also thru PayPal from another vendor with the same scheme, I order an electronic portable washing machine, they sent me just a plastic bowl. When I tried to return it , the shipping would cost me more of what I paid for the trinket that I paid for
Lol
I got scammed with a bicycle engine, from China, I didn't even receive it.
Lol
Well that just Sucks Big Time. :#(
that is why you pay with credit card, so you can do a chargeback if you don't receive it. or paypal as well.
😳 isn’t a bicycle engine “ a person” 🤔
"I'm sorry you got caught"? Why? I think more appropriate is "You are only sorry because you got caught".
Thanks also for exposing the scammer and ignoring their theats. You are telling the world about this scammer and it is most appreciated.
Oh my gosh, I am so sorry you have gone through all of this.
Respect. Fight the good fight. Love the fact that you're standing your ground against these Scammers. I really hope you get your money back. Rooting for you 👍
Also you know what’s dope? I wasn’t even subbed, these just showed up on my recommended, I hope they keep blowing up and you make your money back anyway! Should be a good series with or without the sports car 😂
"Ok this is where I realized this is a complete scam still" 13:42
I swear this man goes through life with the naivety of a 12-year old girl; never before have I witnessed such juvenile thinking eminating from the body of what appears to be a 25-30 year old adult man. I mean, from the very beginning up until the present time he handled this situation exactly as what would be expected of a middle-teen girl rather than a mature adult. I am left utterly speechless.
I'd hate to say it, but this content creator has deserved everything that came his way.
Lol
I've watched that intro about 15 times now, sheer simple brilliance. I was hoping for a game of thrones scene where he drove the golf cart around his neighbourhood and people threw old fruit and vegetables at him while shouting 'shame' repeatedly. Still definitely no complaints with the intro used.
Thanks for posting this. Serves to raise awareness, keeps others from falling to the same scam.
You should contact serpentza (RUclipsr) he should help you expose this scammer. You are too nice and trusting still. I would be exposing this scammer all over social media and traditional media. Keep those videos lock and loaded!
Serpentza is a hack.
He Left China
Winston is a cool guy. But seriously, how can he help this situation?🤔
@@DigitalBenny He probably still knows people in the mainland that can help, or just raise awareness to his audience. This whole thing cannot be business as usual. Even @richrebuilds might be interested in the ordeal since he is into electric cars.
corteman dude China supports this stuff... they encourage it and see it as extra money that wouldn’t come in otherwise.
Bro, these video series is a gem for people to learn how we all get scam by these cheaters. God bless you for making these!
If he is sending photos directly, I’d take a look at the Exif data in them and see if you can get this guys’ location.
This is a crazy experience bro!
Sorry about all that. I remember this happened to you before on buying your bike.
*CALL THE CHINESE COPS ON HIM VIA YOUR LOCAL CHINESE Embassy, he will shit bricks if you tell him that, they can lock him up for scamming*
I've got MORE access than that..... The last guy who messed with my channel is now an in Venezuelan jail and that's not even a joke. A troll to many RUclipsrs and twitch streamers but now he's been done and dealt with. You just have to have the right team to track these clowns down.
if you can get the attention from local authority, this Tony guy will get his ass busted for sure.
you dont know noothing about china there gov will only belive there citizins nothing will ever happen to him
@@mikewilson7132 wanna bet....? Ive got ways to make stuff happen if NEED be. He cant hide.
@@CbassPlaysGames lets see go over to china see what happens to you and yes ill bet
It’s part of the scam. They sell you a nice car, give you a crap car, then a partial refund. $10,000 profit
Man that’s crazy there are that many scammers out there sad world we live in today sorry you have to go thru all this buddy
Seriously though 😪
The Inja it’s really sad
im glad you done this, the power of youtube in the right hands can overthrow evil intent and scammers!! 🙌👌👌
Sounds like a prayer of new religion )
I think you scammed me watching this video 🤣🤣🤣 I want a resolution now.
That's awesome of you for helping out someone who also got scammed!
You can also contact the Chinese embassy to get things clearer
They wont do shit, they love when USD makes it’s way into the Chinese market and never leaves

If "Tony" tries to get your refund money back from PayPal, he'll be announcing to the world that he is indeed a scammer. If he's half as intelligent as you give him credit for, he'd still be a fool to do so. Anyway, I hope it all works out well for you. Have you driven your new car yet? A review would be interesting (when you get your money back of course).
Yes, more on that soon! 🙌🏽
I agree that a review would be interesting
Yes, but it gives Tony 6months to scam others.
@@AlfredoHernandez-ht8xh Plus Tony Han knows not everyone he can potentially scam within the next 6 months will catch this RUclips channel. Most likely not.
@@AlfredoHernandez-ht8xh and Budgie Cat below. What you say may be true. A scammer will continue to rip others off as long as possible, but, if even one person stops trading with Tony, it's got to be a good thing. Would anyone following this channel trade with him now, even if he refunded all Inja's money? I doubt it.
The intro is foreshadowing that The Inja is showing the scammer NO MERCY (2000) and getting some REVENGE (1998). Real ones will know 💪🏼
You definitely had this coming. Idk why you would think this wasn't a scam.
Because the car was the same price as a Tesla and had worse specs. 2018 was a different landscape for this stuff.
The Offical price of the supercar is $100K+, So,It's a scam from the beginning of this deal
Unless is empty inside. Scamming can go in different ways
I watch a couple of guys that lived in china for a long time . Even they said it's very hard not to be corrupt in china ,one was a teacher I remember his story of agreed salary . Then when he got paid he only got 50percent and the rest was paid in cash . You can't even go for a beer and know it's safe because it's probably been filled up with something dangerous
I would want full refund
He’s invoked that’s why it is not bothering him he’s full of shit
Wow, this is amazing, everything is done the same way as happened to me in New Zealand when I bought two solar water heaters. Same bait and switch, excuses, attempts to get more money, threats to expose me as a scammer; the whole lot. What I did have was positive identification and address etc, even through my bank. What I didn't have was the money to get me there to beat him with a sock full of his own shit. So, being poor probably kept me out of a chinese prison haha
I wonder if he's holding back on paying his taxes maybe threatening him that your going to give his government all the wink wink receipts other people who got scammed sent you???proving he has made at least xxxx in the last year
If you are spending $30,000 on a electric car from China, You deserve to be scammed😭
I mean. It’s very true 😂
👍🏽
That's exactly what a scammer would say!
@@Harry_Ballz Lmaooo 🤷🏾♂️
I mean nobody deserves to be scamed, but yeah you kinda put yourself in that position
Well done for persevering with this and not having a nervous breakdown. You are doing everything right - after having parted with all that cash ! How did you ever think this deal could be legitimate?
Blew up his email and Alibaba messages. 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿😂😂😂
YESSSSSSSS
Sweet ride man! That thing is a beast 😀. Going to pull the ladies in that pink panther.
KEEP IT POSTED! He has no incentive to refund you! He is scamming others along the way and stringing you along! They are pricing at the edge of total unrealistic! They sent you something to say that “we did send you a car” but they sent that one also because most wont pay for undoing that whole process! All of which diminishes the likelihood of a refund!! ITS A SCAM!!!
My roommate from college was a foreign exchange student from china. His father on they’re police force and he’s a lawyer I can tech out to him if you didn’t get your money back because this is fd up
Whenever I fight chinese purchases I text them like the order taker at chinese restaurant. Me want money now. Me no wait
😅 Do they love you long time after??
Yes, because different Culture.
Kinda racist hey
YOU A RACIST MAN!
This scammer be like going home from the day of scamming to his wife & kids: "well guys I've been exposed and my career is now over and I'm the one being scammed now for a refund can you believe it!?" 😂
PayPal should have an asterisk on Han Tony’s and his China company!
im so happyyou are standing up to this scammer many wouldnt way to go and thats of hell alot of money
This is probably a blessing on disguise Sir, just keep on making content out of it. New subscriber here
We all trust you Inja, and everyone also knows about that whole scamming country.
China is the biggest scam in world history
ruclips.net/video/RU-Y9SnUEQE/видео.html
The Inja bout to end this mans whole career 😆
You freakin know it boys
We can only hope so! What a dishonest "career" it is.
The Inja get you money out PayPal 3 weeks max writing the bbb
Operation Tony Takedown
Buying a car online from China? My kids started laughing when i said this.
Lmfao
😂
And how old are your kids? I would imagine anyone over the age of 8 would know better then to do this.
This is a great lesson for anyone trying to deal with Chinese companies. If there is no one physically in China to do the due diligence, you are at great risk of being scammed.

WHEN HE SAID THAT!!! Bro he sent you a barbie car instead of a supercar... yeah you can trust him! 👍🤣😂
Dump and Dumper!

Scammers always do reverse psychology on victims I've been through that route 😠 but end up with the short end of the stick😂
