Recipe:
2,2 lbs/1 kg chicken thighs and drumsticks, mixed
2 small/medium onions or 1 big
2 garlic cloves
2-3 medium carrots
1,1 ibs/500g potatoes
1-2 tablespoons/15-20ml veg oil to brown the chicken
1 and a half tablespoon tomato paste
2 full tablespoons flour
2 and a half cups/600ml chicken stock
2-3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry oregano
2 bay leaves
1 cup green peas
Salt and pepper
