- Ray talks to two interesting young men about the claims of the gospel. One is content with his blind faith in evolution, while the other believes that evolution is fallacious and God is the Creator. Their names are Matt and Ron. They are best friends who disagree about each other’s worldview. Both are listening intently and greatly admire Ray for sharing with them. Though neither one decides to repent they are certainly left with something to think about.

There is a difference between sex and sexual immorality, adultery, fornication, all that stuff. There is a difference between Love sex and Lust sex.

People are saying that the guy on the left is being more responsive, but we don’t know that. The guy on the left may blow off what Ray said, and the guy on the right may have something going on in his heart that he’s not showing us. It’s not necessarily true that the child who says he will do something for his father will actually do it. He may never do it, but the son who says he won’t may think better of it later, and turn around and do what his father asks

Good point, although the toungue speaks what the heart feels, we know the guy on the left has thought about salvation or what our point of existence is therefore he is being more edified and open minded to the subject by what Ray is pointing out here.

@RaTiCuS And I admit that I'm one of them and I desperately need God's grace and mercy and pray to really live by His truth. How can that happen? I thought that I've been born again and was baptized like a year ago but I still continuosly, knowingly sin and I can't help it. I also desire to share the gospel to others but I wouldn't have the confidence to do so if I couldn't even help myself to stop sinning. I badly need prayers.

That was engaging! You can tell those two are good friends. And I'd bet my last nickel they'll talk about the interview - and argue about it - and keep bringing it to one another's minds until one or both sees ... it would be wonderful if they both came to Christ and did the same kind of evangelism. Just seem like they'd be good at it. Prayed for them, even though this is 3 years later.

I wish that we can have a preacher like this man in our community. All our pastors talked about is about tithes and offerings, very little about the Word of the living God and Savior Jesus Christ,. We really need Godly Pastors in our country and throughout the world were they can preach the Gospel of Salvation of Jesus Christ.

It’s got nothing to do with the fact that he has “too many questions” and “isn’t convinced”.
It’s got to do with the fact that those “questions” were not real at all. They were simply being used as a way to deflect, and to deny God, no matter what evidence was presented.
All of that evidence was laid out in front of his face, and it’s not that he WASN’T convinced, it’s that he REFUSED to believe it.
He’s so in love with sin that accepting Gods existence would flip his life upside down. He doesn’t want to give up lust, blasphemy, adultery, thievery, etc, because they bring him pleasure.
The minute he accepts the existence of God, he must also accept that he’s not a good person at all, and that he’s lived a life of sin.
Of course that can be hard for everyone, but it’s never an excuse.

I've studied apologetics many different times at bible institutes around my area. One thing my professor/pastor and good friend said to me; people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. It is your heart that will touch your family, Maria. That's all you need!! God gives the growth!

This guy is by far one of the best of the best. He actually takes the time to sit down and get on their level to help bring them up to the level of understanding God's intention for us rather than screaming and yelling down their throats. I want to minister to people like this man does.

Tell you what, its people like Ray that really care about others. I went to a Christian parochial elementary, in fact two different kinds of religion which was Lutheran and then to a Catholic through 7th grade. As a kid I never really understood the real implications because it in my opinion was a set of rules to follow but not understanding God was in the heart although I did believe. Fast forward during high school I went through some hardships with family, I prayed sometimes but never still understood although the Lord's mercy came about. I had things happen like hardships paying bills when I got my first apt at 18 by no real choice, things were very tight and once in awhile I prayed for those hardships to end. They actually did mostly end but a car accident left me with money appointed to me. Yes I had to suffer but consciously I kept believing in the Lord though I should of been more appreciative. Fast forward many years later and through that time until now that I'm 43, I have went through different trials whether it was jobs or girlfriends. In that time a couple jobs didn't work out in my favor and girlfriends that didn't work out. I still believed in the Lord but as time went on my Faith seemed to grow little by little though I was a little more appreciative because He was there. There were times I had questioned the why's, but thought it was in the Lords favor. Still I didn't give up because I figured there's more and has to be a light at the end of this tunnel. My Dad passed on almost 9 months back,we were close but it was a bitter heartache and somewhat depression for some time. In that time it seems the Lord really came to comfort me in ways I can't describe because its something you have to experience. More and more as time marches on I keep getting these things that are convincing me to look at life in a more positive direction, to not forget that the Lord was there the whole time. He doesn't want to let go. Maybe its because I have an open mind that didn't let go about him, I don't know. I can tell you its love, more hints as time goes on. I have broken down with the Lord, have to trust Him. The Bible says it all. If you want to know unconditional love, its Him. Jesus sacrificed Himself so no one would suffer if they gave it a chance to believe, love, and trust that He's gonna get you through it. That said you also need to look at life in how He wants you to go about it. A change. Might not happen overnight, He knows you are trying. He might want you to look at the whole perspective between mans fallacy and then eventually get to see His way without letting you fall. Not one of us are the same, we have our downsides. In this, we might commit some sort of sin, but you need to say sorry. No man is perfect, but we want to do the best we can. Its not a merit system. Its love and trusting Him. Its not the I did 3 things that are bad and 4 good things to make up for it , because anyone can do that without learning or loving intention in their conscious. Its not being reborn again as another person or animaland again till we get it right because where's the line going to be drawn? Thats like procrastinating for a project you had a week to do but cram it in the day before without learning what the project really is about. If you ask the Lord, He will guide. Sometimes you can get frustrated but you have to learn patience, and I'm not the most patient person but learning to be.

God allows pain and suffering because of free will. We know there's free will because Adam and Eve sinned. And without free will you don't have the freedom to choose to love God.
@Christian Mulipola no... God made us with free will. BEFORE Jesus died Moses went to pharaoh and the pharaoh chose not to give Moses his people. So before Jesus died we had free will. Also if Jesus gave us free will how did Adam and Eve sin willfully? I just mean no hate, this is pure love and I want to know the teuth
Agreed but why are we held accountable to God for sin that adam brought into the world? Its like saying if i shot a man then my daughter is also equally as guilty- genuine question - not a jibe
@@the_alchemy_method because Adam and Eve represent what all of us would have done either way because it is our nature it was the consequence of God giving us free will however with his help we can overcome our sinful nature

Careful, that's an unsafe approach because then our motives for being in heaven is different. Rethink the motive. And this isn't the best argument to use against atheists

I was best friends with an athiest for two years desperately holding onto hope I would save her. It took two years to realize I was only the planter of the seed and because she insisted on constantly disrespecting my love for God I had to end the friendship for my own spiritual safety. It's been a year since we've talked and I still pray for her. She is a wiccan of some sort. I would rejoice to know if she ever establishes a relationship with our God.

Yes, it was best to move on. I had a friend who was pulling me into their sinful lifestyle. He was lusting after me. He totally ignored what I was telling him about his sin...
I left because he wanted to pull me down to his level.

Even besides committing sin in our lives, we were actually born in sin. We were doomed from birth. The sin nature in passed on through the man. We have to get out of the line of Adam and into Christ. Born again.

The people that still question if God is a valid, real thing. Are the same ones that DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE THEIR SINS.
Actually, those who still question if God exists just don’t see any evidence for it. Some definitely enjoy doing things that are considered “sin”, but he idea behind atheism is simply that there’s no evidence to believe a God exists.

I feel like most of the time theists point to things that haven’t been explained and say god must be behind it, or they bring up examples that aren’t definite or concrete enough to conclude that there’s a god.
Andre Byman Okay, so if there was concrete evidence to prove the Big Bang happened, it should be a scientific fact.
Let’s start with the Big Bang Theory. An unknown substance that has never been observed, found or seen called Dark Matter is the answer to many equations that make parts of the Big Bang even possible. Dark Energy, which has never been seen, found or observed is what is supposedly the cause of the BB expanding faster than the speed of light, even though matter cant even travel faster than the speed of light.
The same exact description of DM and DE can be used to describe God, the only difference is literally the name, yet God is illogical.. and this is not the only conflicting problem in the Big Bang.

The Lord clearly got the attention of one of these two young men. The walls of Indifference and Self-Justification that were holding Him out were at least cracked. And since these two guys are best friends, I’d be willing to bet they have talked more about this since your interview. Success in evangelism is not just when someone says “I’m ready to trust Jesus.” Success is every time the Gospel is preached biblically like you do, Ray. His Word never goes out and returns void. Thanks for your relentless love for the lost… and your inspiring witness to all of us.

This generation is the most asleep and blind one by far. When God starts to really shake this earth out of Righteous Judgment and begin to pour out His wrath, individuals like these 2 guys may see the light and awaken to realize that they actually do need Jesus, that they are not okay living how they want for themselves, that death really can come anytime, and that thinking about life after death and securing salvation is by far the most important and wisest thing we must do.

At 7:00 he asked why did create a person who is gonna shoot ten people in a school (paraphrasing) its because man not God has the choice to be and do good or be and do evil. People have to realize that when other people do bad that's not on God it's on that person who clearly was not saved does not know jesus as their savior because when you accept jesus into your heart you will aspire to live right for him and not go evil or become evil. Don't forget it was man's choice to take jesus out of school. Name one school shooting before we took jesus out of our schools? There was terrible things happening in this world when jesus was walking around we can't expect it to get better for us but because jesus died for our sin he is our hope, salvation, and light throughput this dark world and he wants us to know that.

Go for it brother! Start getting rid of tv and things of the world and start sitting with Jesus in an hour of prayer a day and listening to the Word and you will be SO enthralled with Jesus you won't be able to help sharing Jesus

When I hear the clear sound of hostility in the person's voice, (like the guy in the red t-shirt), it is a sure sign of the HOLY SPIRIT'S conviction on the heart! He will not forget this encounter!
Awesome ! And something I experienced was living in sin and still thinking i was a Christian because I believed in God and went to church from time to time. Later, thanks to the persistent nature of the Holy Spirit i discovered that I actually had to turn my feet toward Christ and follow him. It’s amazing how satan can deceive us.
