In my early years I raised chickens on chicken wire. The chickens need dirt to consume which assists with their digestion so I raise them in a pen and I use pine shavings for absorption. The shavings are removed with the dung and are composted. Diatomaceous Earth is given to them on the dirt. Fresh water is given daily.

Thank you so much for helping all of us with our Chickens. How much Aloe are your adding to the blender water and is that around 2 cups water in the blender? And your adding around 2 cups per 2 gallons? I'm thinking you also have to use all of the Aloe mixture that's made. Do I then have to make up fresh water each day? I have a 3 gallon hanging waterer and I give fresh water 2x a week.

Thank you for that. I don't think it grows outside here - too wet and windy and cold in the autumn through spring, but I think if I have a plant in the polytunnel or greenhouse that might just work! Your birdies sure love their water! Actually I'm thinking I might have to get some for my own health - I knew it was great for burns and things, so just looked up supplements for humans - and there were lots of things from capsules to liquid, although a home-grown plant would be much better! You have opened up a new world to me. I've had chickens for about 15 years, I have more ducks than hens now, but would like to have more chickens. Super video.

Hello young man, I’m based in the US in North Carolina and I just found your channel and already subscribed.
I started a poultry farm in Libreville Gabon, we’ve ran into several problems diarrhea is one of them, my poultry caretaker said, the first time is was due to dirty wood shaving, and this time it’s bad feed. Yea the French company that supplies feed has monopoly in the whole country 😭☹️with zero competition; now they are going through some entanglements with the Gabonese Government due to many years of unpaid taxes, yeah you heard that right, they don’t pay their taxes. So there has been several feed shortage cause the local government is blocking their supply chain at the port of entry; therefore, they can’t produce feed. So we have to buy some locally made feed from this guy just to keep the birds alive until the situation gets better, apparently that off market feed was not good quality. It’s hard cause my flock is 10 months old. This shortage has dramatically reduced egg production and we are operating at a loss☹️
1- What can we do to boost our egg product?
    2- Would Aloe Vera help?
3- How much Aloe Vera should we use for 1 liter of water?
4- How often do we give it to the flock?

You grind both the back and the gel together and you did not give the measurements you take and pour water it means you can put any amount as you like.

💚 Great info on natural aloe Vera for health of chickens! Not sure where you are located, but you have MANY chickens that appear to be walking on wire, not earth. The space looks very crowded. No judgement,, for I know not your circumstances. 💚
